Oh i see. There's also very small red batches on players avatars under the events at the race selection. Very cool

-loads up real racing 3 in ipad- The following is my experience this past evening at work. 1, choose the silvia because toucharcade recommends it 2, raced 6 or 7 races, qued up a 5 minute wait oil change 3, did some work at work 4, returned to racing, cleared another 6 or 7 races, qued oil change, tire change, brake change, 25minutes total. bought a focus rs and started tearing it up the track for 6 or 7 more races 5, 5 minutes left on clock, put focus in for oil change 6, did some work at work 7, took silvia out racing, began ordering parts for her. as parts arrived (5-10 minute wait time on part delivery) i would order more parts. oil change at 8 races. took focus out while oil change in progress on silvia. 8, 8 races later, focus in for oil, brakes, tires. silvia back out for chasing after my fellow gamecenter friends 9 rinse, repeat. and this is how the game is meant to be played if you don't want to spend real money. works just fine in my opinion. anyone having issues with the early on simply needs to get 25 or so gamecenter friends playing this and go grind afew race tracks. easy stuff. oh and i love panorama race track
Not sure if there is an add me topic but got this just now and are looking for GC friends. Add me at RichRuzz on GC
I've heard all the raving about this being a freemium title and what that implies. But for someone like me who just wants to pick up a game for 20 to 30 minutes, two to three times a day this is not an issue. For those who want to jam out on a game 12 hours a day then perhaps they should be willing to shell Out a couple dollars here and there to speed things up or to improve their racing career. Hey, that's the way things are in real life. For me this is a great racing game with beautiful graphics. It is a lot of fun to play and that's all that I care about!
Well, I downloaded the game and am very pleased with it so far. I don't find the repair times overly intrusive. I actually like the realism of having to wait a short time for repairs, and having to repair. The recommendation on having at least three cars I think is a good idea too so you can always rotate vehicles as one or two of them are being repaired, you have at least one more available to race at any time. Money gained from racing seems generous enough to be able to buy vehicles in a fair amount of time.
Downloaded this last night and, so far, for someone like me who doesn't really get into the whole racing genre, I like it. I'm never going to want to do more than 3-4 races at a time and they've done a very good job with the look and feel for a casual racer like me. Let the haters hate, but I've certainly gotten my money's worth out of this
Am I correct in saying that this doesn't have real time multiplayer? It's not a game breaker if it doesn't
Just had the most wonderful RR3 race ... been slowly upgrading the Mclaren and took it on the race around Panorama .. Holy Cow that was fun.... especially when you nail the esses at the top of the hill coming into the down section ... so satisfying ... hit 203mph on the straight and had to start braking the instant i was round the kink I really do love this game but sad that i know i'll never reach 100% ... or probably even close cos i can't & won't be able to afford to buy all the shiny gold to pay for expensive stuff. Wishlist for me now: 1- Time Trials 2- Proper TSM (one on one selected opponent & track) 3- Replays 4- Cloudcell sync (i know they won't use iCloud cos they need a x-platform option for Android) 5- Quickrace 6- More tracks & cars (wouldn't mind a £7 expansion pack like GoF2 uses)
... Guys help me out here, do I get the cheapest 2nd tier car or save up and maybe get a little more expensive 2 tier car?
