You can beat anyone with any car. It's not just about how fast the car is. It's about the player. If the player cant handle corners well in the F1 and you can in a Mustang then you will beat them.
Technically that is true, but if there are two people who handle corners well, one driving the F1 and the other driving a Volkswagen, the F1 will obviously win. When racing, you can't rely on other peoples' errors, you have to drive the fastest car (or at least one of the fastest) and drive well too.
Sorry, forgot to add that a cars handling also effects how well it performs. The F1 has rubbish handling.
That's true as well, but after using a car for awhile and after driving on every track, people should know when to start slowing down for a turn. Even if they wipe out, the F1's recovery time is very quick.
Bah, I got myself into a pickle. I upgraded my car too much, and can't finish the tournament I was in with it. x3 Gotta save money to buy a new one now.
Or maybe you shouldn't have to invest 8-12 hours in a game before you can have fun in multiplayer. Perhaps, perish the thought, some people would even enjoy racing with their favorite cars without being given the choice of "play the supercar or lose".
I like that there is some incentive to complete the game to get a competitive car. The reason is that most drivers online are terrible so there should be better competition if everyone has played all the tracks multiple times throughout the career mode.
Hopefully they will implement a solution to the leveling issue in multiplayer soon. There are different options to consider and I'm sure they want to do it right and not rush it.
There are only a few possible solutions that Firemint has. 1. Make all cars unlocked in multiplayer mode. 2. Match you by the car you selected. Other than that, what else could they do??
that would be the answer........or match you to a group of similar people.....they could also do a leveling system where you unlock cars seperatly in multiplayer the higher rank you are.....and you are put with people in your level
If you are not serious about the game to go and get the car then it is fair. Its hardly fair if you could just go in and race in the best car. Where is the challenge in that? I have Perished the thought. Probably you should Perish the thought that its a game. And if a game does not have any challenges then it is barely a game. If you are so bad at the game that you will not spend the time to finish the career to get the car then that is your own fault. Don't blame it on other people like myself who have spent the time to go through the game to get that car. What is the point of having a car to unlock at the end of the game if you can use it anyways? Hey. Think before you say, Not say before you think Mate
