I will love to have the Porsche Carrera GT. It was my favourite Car from the old PC game NFS: Hot Persuit 2.

Porsches, Audis, and Italy's finest, Lambo and Ferrari. I wouldn't hold my breath on the last one though. Ferraris hate it when their cars and mutilated, and require them to be the best in the game, a "con" I wouldn't mind though. :p

But the former three, come onnn! Volkswagen Group owns Audi and Lamborghini, and has a huge stake in Porsche. Pull a few strings and make it happen boys.

Oh, and that one car, Veyron (also VW owned), but I was never really a huge fan of straight line acceleration and nothing else.

I'm getting sick and tired of those jerks that are driving in the wrong direction in online multiplayer.

IF YOU ARE A BAD DRIVER STAY AWAY!!!

Anyone else notice that the steering can feel 'sticky'? It feels like I tilt to steer and nothing happens and then the car jitter turns. I re booted my 3GS and only ran RR2 and it still feels 'sticky' and not smooth most of the time.

I'm usually in cockpit view if that makes a difference.

EDIT: Think I found the answer. I had the steering assist on. Switched it off and steering feels more responsive.

    All-right i have 2 thinks i want to discuss.

    Number 1
Guys i dont think they can add Farrari's into the game. I was watching a doco on Farrari's the other day and in it it said that the reason that Farrari's dont tend to be in video games is that they dont want to see there cars bashed up and broken.

So unless Firemint get a licence from Farrari that allows them to bypass this thing i dont think we will be seeing any Farraris soon.

    Number 2
About the IDIOTS that go around driving backwards causing collisions and basically wrecking the Online Multiplayer experience. I have a few ideas to get rid of them.

    - Put the option for players to report the player at the end of the match.
    - Have a time limit on how long people can drive backwards.
    - Or save the mutiplayer matches as a video. Then if people can report that someone has been wrecking the match, you can then tell who it is and Ban them.
    - And the last idea for a solution, THE IDIOTS TO JUST STOP IT!!!.

This game is freaking amazing. If anyone is on the fence on whether to buy, just do it already. I was a little reluctant considering the $9.99 price tag, I think I've only paid that for GTA, yeah I'm cheap. But it is well worth it. This is the closest it gets to Gran Turismo on your iPhone. No other racing game on the App Store can even come close to this game. The graphics are incredible. I was shocked by them and by the fact that the backgrounds all look excellent, as well with zero draw in.

    Enough talk, back to racing!

Well if Ferraris can't be licensed, I'd still love to see Lambos, Veyrons, Audis, Mercedes, etc...

Does it really matter? Why should they care whether you pirate or not? What you do should be a concern of anyone else on internet forums.

That's what I don't get - the 3rd gen have motion blur whereas the newer iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G do not. It's almost like it's not active on the main race, but is there on replays.

Firemint - any chance of an answer to this?

Digital or not, STEALING is STEALING. It is no different than going into a grocery store and jacking some food. When you get something illegally, that was meant to have a price tag, it is STEALING. People need to get that through their heads, it's never ok to steal regardless of the item.

It's the developer's concern. What would you do if you had your iPod/iPhone stolen? Would you go around saying it's no concern of anyone that the thief stole your iPod/iPhone?

it is still a solid game on 2G, but the graphics are far below what the screen shots look like. to me, it's not that different from real racing 1

This game is mucho smoother and more fun imho with steering assist off. Worth a check to see if you have it on - it's on by default.
