    I tried to search for "International Lunar Lands Registry" but nothing official came up. Feels like a hoax.

    I read an article about one of these guys years ago. Supposedly the United Nations Outer Space Treaty says that no nation can claim the moon. So, this fellow submitted his claim to the UN, not as a nation, as an individual. He said he has not received a reply but he is none the less confident he owns the moon.
