we are not planning on having the character customization in this release - but we will consider it for the expansion pack.
darn at least add a choice of male or female xD... if its doable, id buy the expansion even if it only had that choice, and a little bit of face customization...(no need for big breasts, shes ninja xD)
I just hope that there will be replayable side missions, those always seem to keep me entertained forever. For example it would be really cool if there was a mission where you had to assassinate a random npc generated specifically for the mission, and you could play this mission again and again assassinating a different npc in a random location every time. I know it's a lot to ask, but I know it would add a ton of replayability to the game. It would be worth it in the end, even if you had to delay the game or release it in an expansion. Insta-buy for me btw. Oh and great work.
I am so buying this when it's out. I've been waiting for a high quality RPG to hit. Nothing so far (other than The Quest, and now Wolf RPG) has sparked my interest. This looks like a good and proper one.
Idea Sorry, I'm just picking up this thread from right here, but as long as we're suggesting things, what about mounts? I know it's really extravagant, but one of my favorite things to do in RPGs is to collect things. Why not mounts, like Oblivion (my favorite game of ALL time!)? They had plenty of different horses. With mods, my menagerie grew to include mammoths, goats, slaughterfish, unicorns, a Pegasus, a minotaur, even a dragon! Even half of those would be great and really add a lot of length to the game. People would keep playing to collect 'one more mount', like pokemon, except they're actually useful because they have a cool riding animation. This game will be an immediate purchase for me if you add mounts.
We are definitely considering the idea of at least horses (after everything else is up and running of course). In fact today I worked on some mount stuff that looked pretty good. It would definitely add some gameplay, especially shooting a bow and arrow from a horse!
right on, no doubt it will be a great game with big hit on the app store. well, my concern is - Do you guys test it mainly focus on 3GS, and slightly/roughly test it on 3G and others... also, I don't want a lower graphic quality version on 3G and only ppl got 3GS can enjoy the high quality version with excellent speed.... hope you understand.
That is the point, if I understand it correctly. The game is being designed with the 3GS as a target platform, with reduced graphics and speed on lower devices. There is simply a limit on what you can get out of the older hardware; I'm sure these guys are going to do the best they can with it, but they can get a lot more out of the better parts in the 3GS. There would be no reason to intentionally cripple 3GS users so that 3G owners don't feel left out.
