I found the graphics and controls of the quest offputting but the gameplay good. Would you say the gameplay is as good as the Quest or Oblivion. And can you kill citizens because its a great way to pass the time in Oblivion.
I think the answer to your question is in the text you quoted from Josh. Watch the most recent video too: that should give you a pretty good idea of the gameplay. If you want to kill innocent civilians, I think you're probably better off playing Gangstar.
Bows and arrows are more fun. And you can pick them up and stick them in a lake virtually naked in Oblivion
Well done guys, you listened and improved what needed to be improved and now the game looks like a premiere title for the Appstore.
just watched the new video, and looks so so so great!!! i liked the control much better and also like the settings tweaks that we can make to fit our likeness i know im a little demanding but i hope it could have a better fighting moves the animation is vastly improved but i still want some cool battling moves, not just one hand sword striking anyway,i'll definitely get this even without what i suggested, hahahaha
ok, all game is cool, but i dont really like the movement iam only one who thinks that ? but still cant wait for this game
Yeah he changes clothes, in the trailor he jumps wearing different armor. Anyway, I was wondering if there would be any stealth elements to the game?usually I'm sneaky and like to rob and lock pick my way to the top, na mean? Does he swim? Also in the Expansion it would be cool of he could buy a small house to store loot. Can our hero lodge in inns? Swoon the ladies?
I've been checking out this game for 2 weeks now... I wasn't really convinced the first time I saw it, but that latest video is really cool. Is the 3GS able to play the game in all it's glory, or do you really advice people to turn shadows off because of the framerate?
there is no stealth, but josh has said he wants more customization in the expac. whether that means mage/rogue type classes being introduced i don't know, they're keeping tight lipped!
If you want a JRPG or a KRPG there are already several options in the App Store -- Zenonia being one of them. Josh and Russ chose to make a different kind of game, one that is not as well represented on the platform. Considering the amount of interest this approach has generated, I would say they are on the right track. I for one think that it's great to have options. If all RPGs were like Zenonia I would be a very bored gamer indeed.
