Really? Wow, he must not know the significance of doing a hard reboot. I'm not sure how well this'll do on 1st Gen iDevices.
Dunno how but ive never gotten lag in a game except for physify when i but towers over towers making a total of 3000 blocks all with physics flying.
It would be nice if it wasn't delayed so many times. I'm almost positive it will be delayed again because of some minor issue.

There's only been one real delay. When Chillingo agreed to publish the game, they chose 10/15 as a submission date. Josh and Russ have done all they can to stay close to that date -- and they would have certainly made it if the decision had not been made to overhaul the control system. As a beta tester, I can't say anything about the game itself, but it should be obvious that it takes time to properly test something of this size. Nobody is as anxious to get this game on the app store as Josh and Russ. And trust me: it's pretty darn close.
Completely revamping the controls and putting auto-target/auto-aim in set us back a week, but I think its well worth it. As a result the game is much more polished than it was.
Again, thanks Josh! As you know, the auto-target/aim along with the new control method and also the ability to hide the controls make this great game even greater! Can't wait!
