Josh said what they might do is release an HD version for A5 devices and up, an SD version for the lower end ones. Dunno if that's still in the works, but that's the latest news. A mod should post this and the last estimated release date at the beginning of the thread so people don't keep asking.
This game and mc4 are the most anticipated (i think thats the right word) games for me Cant wait to play this!
I hear you, same reason why I went to iPhone. Thought Ravensword looked great before its release and I just had to have it. Loved my iPhone/s since.
I can't watch this trailer without my eyes melting each time. Fantastic trailer, reminded me a lot of lord of the rings! LOVE it
I have no words for how amazing this trailer was............ EDIT: Okay, I came up with a couple: Awesome Terrific Breath-taking Magnificent Mind-blowing Stunning Excellent Fantastic Stupendous Super Wonderful Beautiful Amazing Astonishing Incredible Fabulous Superb Rad Wicked Unbelievable Remarkable Spectacular Marvelous Awe-inspiring Stupefying Pants-wetting Shat-inducing The cat's meow
Here's hoping that the game isn't an ad laden IAP fest. I'll gladly pay a premium price for a premium game, but I have zero interest in buying a game in pieces or in renting it.
Crescent Moon has been good with optional IAPs in the past, so I doubt that this would be any different. Also, nice trailer. Very excited about this since the last iOS WRPG I really enjoyed was Aralon. Edit: Actually, I can't even think of another iOS WRPG that was released since Aralon either...
There have been plenty, with one of the greatest, Baldur's Gate, releaseing the same month as this! Depends on how narrow your definition is, as there are actually quite a few. Avernum, Avadon and Silversword are some of the better ones. If you are referring to more Bethesda-esque games, then you would be correct, but they do not encompass the definition of WRPG'S, as even Tactical Turn-based, Rogue-like and Dungeon Crawlers fall into that category. Just saying... Either way, November is going to be an expensive month for me and I am going to need to make some room on my iPad!
Ok, so video brought me here, and it´s amazing, and i´m hyped, and i got just one question: will there be any kind of mini-map and/or some smart quest manager? It may be stupid, and hardcore old rpg fans may even hate it, but i really missed a mini-map in Aralon! It is still a mobile game! Every once in a while i would stop playing and had no ideia where i was and where should i go...
I like most RPGs in general, but those games that you mentioned just felt too primitive for my tastes. I'm definitely getting Baldur's Gate though.
