If it hadn't said, "coming soon to mobile devices" I would have thought it was a console game, I just hope I'll be able to play it on my iPod touch 4g
I should probably mention that the shots taken from the environments are straight from in game, nothing rendered or doctored there.

Has there been any mention of what the shield mechanics will be like? I didn't see any shield button in the trailer so will it be automatic? Also will there be shield bashing? And then is there any chance of a companion app for iPad similar to the EA Sports Gamepad for Fifa so the iPad can be controlled with a Bluetooth paired iPhone/iPod? I don't know how difficult something like that is but it could be really nice so I don't have to deal with bulky iPad controls. Trailer does look sweet though, I can't wait for the release
Will you need to have played ravensword 1? Does the story carry on? Unfortunately I never got round to playing rs1
Not really. There will be the same (renewed) town though. And btw I can write you a summary: Some random guy finds you in the forrest and brings you into this nice peaceful place where some time ago suddenly evil monsters began to spawn around. They capture the king and you must save him. For that, you must obtain the Ravensword and kill the Evil dude demon with it and then put his head into your bag. Then you kill two evil black guys and save the king! Yay! If you ask me, the sheep, the dancing goblin and the guy who was standing infront of the cemetery and was having a fountain of blood on his arm were more amusing than the story.
To block or parry(if you don't have a shield), you simply hold the attack button down. That was the simplest way we found of doing it, so we didn't have to have so many buttons.
It's been a long three years since the original. I remember beating it 3 times..in the same month? Can't wait. Also, PG said most players would be getting around 40 hours of gameplay..

Is there going to be player creation? That was one of the best things from Aralon. I would love to be able to be an assassin or something. Oh and will there be voice acting?
