Please no IAP at all. One of the reasons this game is great for me.

I actually agree, no IAP makes this game feel cohesive and balanced. But now that I have completed the game, I would like to fill up my weapons and armor with gems, and I also want to fill out the talents with no real way to do either.

I thought IAP after game completion would be a way around unbalancing the game. None of the cool weapons or armor are purchasable, so it would be hats, furniture and gems that people would buy. That said, if there are expansions, forget it.

    Back to farming bows.

Anyone have a clue how the pickpocket skills work? Anyone getting away without having their reputation slashed by grabbing things on tables? I grabbed everything off the table at the guild hall without any problem, but haven't been able to get away with it since the beginning of the game. I think my stealth is over 100 and I have filled all of the stealth talents.

You can still upgrade your talents after completing the story. Just keep fighting random enemies, and you will continue to level up, earning talent points. I have pretty much all my talents increased to maximum, and a lot of that was done after finishing the quests.

I've been doing that, it's just slow going. Props to you for doing it. Since XP is a bar and not a number, I'm not sure which enemies are worth the most. I've been going back to the dark elves for gold, do you think they are the best source of XP as well?

For a while I was convinced that defeating certain enemies was earning more XP than others, but I'm not so sure about that any more. Now I find that visiting the Eastern Forest, for example, and ploughing through endless supplies of (respawning) Wild Boar with one hit, enables me to level up in no time.

Well this is quite frustrating. I've been playing for hours and now I am unable to find Lord Carrowen anymore.
I have accepted the quest for the bearhunt many hours ago but now I cannot find him anymore.
Can somebody please tell me where he is? I've looked virtually everywhere!

    end game content?

Just finished the game. Confused about post game.

    A question;

    After
the archmage tower crumbles, and the council 'thanks you'
, what is there to do? the credits didn't roll, yet it feels like the end of the game. is it? or is it 'open ended', 'never-ending', so to speak?

    Thanks!

I found Cribbons who can upgrade your crossbow and gun.
But when I spent all my money ...$6000....my crossbow was still at 104
    I started at 104.

    why did it not change?

    Thanks

I've been testing things out, and it looks like your right. Exploit that before it gets changed : )

Another question. I've found most of the "rare" weapons: Gem sword, Scroll Sword, Raven Sword, Elven Dagger, Rune Hammer and Thunder Gun. It almost looks like there is one per weapon type, but I have yet to find an axe. Anyone else?

Anyone find the new armor and two new swords? I know that they are in chests that were left open/or behind locked doors, but I've started the game over and haven't found them yet (just entering the Citadel).

Wait, what is the Thunder Gun, and where did you find it? And is there a rare crossbow?

It's a blunderbuss with nice detailing.

    damage 14-265
    endurance +2
    agility +4
    4 gem slots

    It's in the crags.

I spaced the crossbow, I haven't found one of those yet. That'd be nice though. I'm guessing the gun and hammer are both things I missed the first time through.

Found a Skull Amulet, and I'm pretty sure it's new. If its not, then it wasn't there in my last game.

Also found Crimson Armor and the Death Sword. The chest in the tunnels, behind the gate, is just your stuff. I looted it in my fight with the prince and got my inventory back.

Not sure where or how I got the Death Sword, it just showed up in my inventory. It's image is so small I can hardly select it. Didn't even know I had it until after the tunnels (I thought it was just a glitch, looks like a thin black line). Bug, but awesome sword.
