I've obtained the rune of force after getting to the far side of the green acid room. Going up the staircase, I can't figure out how to open the next door. None of the runes work, and I can't find a key. I need help. Thanks so much.
How to find the heronmar tunnels? So ive beaten the game, but i really have no clue how to go back and find the heronmar tunnels (the guys in there drop bows that sell for 675 each so i wanted to rack up some dough). Is it possible to enter them again? I dont remember wherethe tunnel is Message me, reply, or email [email protected] (preferrably email me) Thanks guys!!
From the point where you enter the Wastelands, it's just a short walk straight ahead, due West. You can't miss it.
One of the doors is activated by a pressure plate, so to open it you need to use the rune and move a block on top of the sensitive area.
I have about $10 in iTunes credit, and have been following the development of this game for a few months - I tend to prefer not to pay premium $ for games, as they always eventually go on sale (with exception being paying $6.99 for Aralon a few weeks before it was made free) - so I guess what I'm asking is, should I pick this up now or wait for a sale? I've heard some people complain about the lack of content.
An update was just submitted with bug fixes, and the next update will include content updates. Buy the game now.
Reporting because I think it got buried when posted earlier in this thread: On a separate note to JoshCM, while this has nothing to do with Ravensword2, the thread for Pocket RPG (iPhone edition) is pretty dead so I'm posting it here. Pocket RPG got pretty much broken in the last update, and I wanted to make sure you were aware so it could be fixed. I love playing that game between other games when I want my Roguetype-meets-Diablo fix scratched. It seems to have a corrupt update submitted to Apple (I think). Half the water effects are missing/black triangles, and it crashes after the first boss when on the summary/reward screen. After reloading, it shows my progress of finishing the level, but no coins/stars. I started a new Dark Hunter a few days ago and discovered this, but just dawned on me to mention it here perhaps for a speedier solution.
Pocket RPG is developed by Tasty Poison - I do believe they are working on another update now, though.
My bad, I just remembered the Cressant Moon logo involved and didn't remember the developer was different than the publisher. Good to hear they are hopefully on top of it. Just beat Ravensword 2 today, awesome game! Next play through I will probably try magic more actively, I am ashamed to admit I only used it for puzzle solutions and not in combat at all. The post of coming updates is also very appreciated, especially the auto-run toggle and content additions. Keep up the awesome work.
The one you level up the stats with enchanted equipment. Instead of getting 1 point for "agility"(example), you'll get that point and the points given by any enchanted equipment with "agility" points in it. In my opinion it's pretty pointless, I tried with one character and got the "agility" to over 300, still doesn't "one shot" kill a simple orc. The stats doesn't add up that much to attacks in my opinion, the talents actually have a better effect. I have another character with 24 stat points that I haven't used, I just use the ability points and in normal(middle) difficulty. I haven't needed them so far, I just grind a lot of boars at the beginning then goblins, bunch of money and bam! I buy the crossbow that costs 4,000 and with that crossbow I got my game done and without glitches. Then I come after the bears and orcs, more money and better equipment, I've done this with my 3 characters LOL
I usually tend to like using a mix of everything. I'm a little impatient to level up my stealth talents, but I like using crossbow, sword, fire rune combos. I've found using first person is much better for ranged combat, and 3rd is better for melee. We've fixed the speed of first person in melee now, though, so that it matches 3rd. It feels really fast, lol.
