I can't fast travel out either. Ive been rolling the whole time because it's faster than walking when ur encumberd, but i can't find a way out.
If I recall correctly, after beating the Dark Elf leader I found the exit right there. It's a cave-looking thing. I found it by accident when I thought I was walking back into the cell where I beat the Dark Elf leader.
In the side quest with the robber I chased him on the rooftops and he killed me. I went back and he's not there. Is this a bug or did he go somewhere else?
... Rage!... Lol, i thought that too but couldnt find any exit there. Any help on finding it again???
I'm not sure if it is a bug, but I'm not doing any damage to the dark elf leader... I'm level 25 if I'm not mistaken. I'm heavily invested into crossbow btw. Using PC can 1 shot dark elves but cannot even scratch Solerinn..... Not sure if it is caused by low stats in melee. IMHO This fight seems out of place......
Get a better sword, white iron works good I'd go with that, personally I prefer to use magic bows and maces
Will dual wielding come eventually? I'd love to be able to hold a spell in my left hand and a sword in my right,or something like that, dual wielding swords maces and axes sounds really fun to me,and helpful
I've never run out of food, although I see regular "Eat Pork" or whatever notifications and the edible items in my inventory reduce over time, presumably because my character is binge eating while wandering around. I can't be bothered going back to drop all my food items and wait to see what happens, so does anyone know if you die, lose health or just get a bit grumpy if there's no food in your inventory for a prolonged period of time? It seems a fairly redundant game mechanism, probably applauded by the kind of player who demands a "hardcore" setting. I'd put it up there with the hat shop as the most obviously unnecessary element of the game.
I've run out of food a number of times and have had to purchase it (Too lazy to hunt). When you go hungry, your regeneration rate goes down. The more hungry you are, the more your regeneration goes down. I've had my regeneration go down by as much as 90%, I think...
I agree I have done the main quest and all the ones for the two houses so I have almost all the achievements but no clue how many other side quests there are.
Thanks for the information. I always seemed to have plenty of food items in my inventory just from what I would consider normal play - no excessive hunting apart from early on when I was just doing it to level up my bow skill a bit. Other fascinating trivia (probably not that fascinating) from my time with this game: I never used any kind of health potion. The Call of Duty style regenerating health seemed to make health pots irrelevant, or I just died really quickly in a big fight where a health potion wouldn't have made much difference. I never bothered putting any points into any of the General skills. Or magic, at all. On completion of the main quest, my stats (+ item buffs) are: STR: 51 AGI: 46 END: 23 VIG: 13 Armor rating is 51 Talent allocation as follows: No General points Combat Eagle Eye 5/5 Melee Mastery 5/5 Tactics 5/5 (Only allocated right before Spoiler final fight as I had a load of points left unallocated) Toughness 5/5 (Same allocation story as Tactics) Stealth Silent Hunter 5/5 So, pretty simple build for me really. According to quest log, I've completed 8 secondary quests. I've got just over 19000 gold left, mostly from Spoiler the single run through the Dark Elf zone, looting those bows that sell for 675 gold each.
Life After Ravensword Or, what to do when you finish the game... So for those who finished the game, do you plan on playing through again? The game seemed to go quicker than I thought, and I think i got all the sidequests... what's left to do? - Start again and play the game totally differently? - Take your 1,000 reputation and ruin it by stealing from every house and vendor and killing anything and everything you can? - Find every possible hidden chest? - Play house by decorating your house? I don't think I want to play through the game again... but I'm also not sure I want ruin the reputation on my character because I'm not sure what the devs have planned down the road -- for example North Meadows seems so flippin big to just have a couple dino cows and winter wargs (yes, I know there are a couple caves). But it would be cool if they added some quests there or some new caves, or super high-level mobs to extend the game some more... lower level player would just learn to avoid those areas until they are a much higher level. Or the last option...: - Uninstall the game But I'd hate to do that just days after installing it. What do you guys plan to do?
I think I am pretty much done now, so I think I will just delete it and if the dev's create new content I can always re-install (thanks to iCloud functionality).
For me, there's not really enough going on in the game world to make me want to keep playing after completing the main quest. I can't see how it would be possible to "play differently" other than just by messing about and not bothering with any quests, although the novelty of doing that would last about 5 minutes. Overall, I found the game slightly disappointing with a story, items and skills that hardly rival Swordigo, let alone some of the games I've seen it compared to such as Oblivion. Maybe the people making those wild comparisons (not the developers or publishers, by the way) should ease back on the optimism just a little bit! It doesn't do the game any favours to raise expectations in that way.
Got to the shadowlands, but haven't a clue what to do or where to go? Found some towers I can jump up on, but can't get up to the highest ones.... Any ideas?
Got the cool chest - I'm pretty high, but not as high as I suspect I need to be..... Not quite anyways...
