This game is really fun, thank you for the code ramendee. I'm enjoying the gameplay and challenges very much. I haven't run into any glitches or problems. Itunes U.S. Nickname: City of Sin Ramen Delight satisfies your hunger for "twitch" gameplay and rewards your agile reflexes. The retina display graphics are GREAT with some nice animations. I'm finding this game to be more addicting than I anticipated, so thank you for that surprise! Gameplay begins simple with matching orders and then adding that delicious broth to add DELIGHT! -------> Yummy!! Things progress and before long, you'll be making drinks and more but don't worry, Ramen Delight has a very helpful tutorial! Each new customer will have their own quirck about them so be weary! This game went to the FRONT page of my iphone, it's that good! The user interface and execution of this application is brilliant. No In-App purchases!
Spicy Miso! 5 stars ~ thank you ! itunes (us store): vs. mode Help Panda achieve greatness and happiness with a delicious ramen restaurant! You can assure this by serving up ramen in a timely manner or with particular mannerisms to certain customers. The cartoon style graphics in Ramen Delight look so good and there's plenty of wackiness to keep you hooked for a long time to come. I like how it's not too hard, but challening enough to make zaniness ensue with each pass. I'm excited about this release and it's level of development quality results in one fantastic game!
Argh! It's not letting me submit a review! Why? I thought it let you within an hour of using the code or something like that.
I love this game! At least, in theory. In practice, it is so hard! I am stuck at level 5 already. Normally I finish Time Management games on expert if there is an expert goal, so this is strange for me. Don't know what I am doing wrong, it seems to be going fine, but I only get 8 customers instead of 12 on this level. Will keep trying some more because I do love the artwork and the premise of the game. It does seem well made, and I like the "cake mania" style of time management games. I think that for mainstream succes, you should definitely do something about the difficulty level though. I think most people who play time management games are very casual gamers. One issue: it would be nice if you could skip the tutorial. It is a bit frustrating to have to go through the tutorial again and again if you simply didn't beat the level, or if you just reinstalled the game or something. A "skip" button would be very welcome.
I Love Ramen Delight! Reviewed under Cynthia Fogle on the usa store. Ramen (at restaurants) is my favorite food to eat, so playing a game about this is super cool! Just like the restaurants, you'll need to prepare the customers order as they want it and do it quickly! Soft noodles and medium broth for me please! Cute colorful graphics are welcome here and it plays very smoothly on my iphone. Panda needs your help with his restaurant so if you feel up to the challenge and have already eaten dinner go for it.
Thanks for the feedback! We're currently working on an update and we will definitely lower the difficulty level. We're really sorry if some levels are too difficult at the moment. Yes, we've thought about adding this feature too! Will definitely try to put it in the next update
I am really glad to hear that you listen to feedback. I think you should drastically reduce difficulty, not just a bit. For level 5, I think 7 customers instead of 12 would be a better 1-star goal for example. It is great to leave a good challenge for people who do want more to get the 3-star goal. I did manage to finish level 5, but now I am stuck at 9 Looking forward to the update.
Yes, only very few left for grab! We've PM-ed one to you Yes, we'll try to achieve a well-balanced difficulty which ensures that beginners & casual gamers can still progress the game without much trouble, and challenges the more skilled players or those who'd like to achieve 3-star goals for every level. Here's a good TIP from another player, iANiMeX, for level 9 & above: "You need to ready the drinks as soon as the level begins. Ready another one as soon as you served one." Hope it's gonna help you pass the level
thanks for the code. I'm trying to leave a review but appstore deny my review so can't rate it. sorry!
Great TM game! just added my review reviewed by: cjsbug Ramen Delight is a successful take on restaurant time management game. The cute graphics and animation are what I would expect from a game of this type. I particularly like the variety of interesting characters that enter the restaurant. Hilarious! I'm also amused by the various goals. UPSET the customers! LOL Some of the levels can be difficult, but you don't want an easy game right? If you're new to time management games, RD has a thorough tutorial to walk you through the steps.
Just updated my review in US iTunes store under agleung. ----- Hilarious ramen making requiring time management down to a tee. The barrage of funny characters storming the ramen restaurant makes it an enormously hectic task to keep up with servicing the mob. Everything is nice and easy until all of a sudden I hit a brick wall at level 9! In order to pass that you have to pre make drinks and food items before you know what the next patron wants. It kind of works except that you 1. cannot add soup before other ingredients for the cool dude, 2. cannot throw away food when thrifty old granny is waiting in line, 3. one mistake and you are guaranteed to not pass level 9. I agree this game is very challenging and fun. It would be more fun if the next update can tone down the challenging aspect a tad. The are just so many more characters, food items, and additional gameplay I wanted to explore! Update 9/13/11 With some practice and a little luck, I was able to take down level 9 and proceeded to unlock all the characters and food items eventually. The game keeps getting better and better as you advance through the levels. You will need to worry about cooking ramen, pour drinks, barbecue differen items without burning the food. The new characters are even more because o the peculia way the interact with each other. My worse nightmare would be to piss off Ninja-Chan, who then throw a ninja knife at Gay-Sha!. Next thing you know Mister Y starts firing his pistol. If there were one mor slot, Big Sumo would proceed to destroy all prepared food and drinks and you will have to start from scratch. Awesome! (5/5)
Well, I already did that... (those are the tricks you do pick up indeed if you play lots of time management games). I still haven't finished level 9. I guess it is also part luck, and fingerspeed and I find playing on the phone always a bit crowded (I much prefer iPad, would be great if this were universal, the iPad is perfect for time management games). I now think I'll just wait for the update.
Thanks, I thought about doing that, but usually don't like 2x mode and didn't feel like starting over. But I'll listen to anybody who beat level 9, so now I probably will do that anyway. [edit]Oh wow, the iPad makes a huge difference, and it actually looks great on the iPad! No blurry graphics like in Diner Dash. Thanks again for the tip. It still took me a couple of tries, but now I finally finished level 9.
