Hi guys, New update for Ramboat has been released. Main features are: - game center leaderboards (achievements coming soon) - hope that annoying black screen bug is gone. - collecting gem bug fixed - minor bug fixes. - little surprise in settings menu -> credits Some shop items may be "unavailable" at this moment, have to wait for Apple servers to propagate data. Glad to see GC added. I still love every bit of this game. It's been my "go-to" game since it was released. Can't get enough of it!
Same for me, great value. I dont understand why touch arcade isn't reviewing this game. It deserves it and this tread is the proof.
Just set my newest highscore! But still didn't pass the storm stage xd. Dev, is there actually a next stage after the storm level at all? Or is the storm level endless?
Oh and I'm currently the best (1st) of the 500 (Edit: 682 already) people currently in Game Center! Whoo
So I played on level 5 and purchased the homing at the start of mission 5, ran out and died, ended up landing a full house and revived, then got another homing missile from a crate, ran it all the way out.....still won't trigger this achievement Playing on 5S 8.1.2 if that helps EDIT: pic won't post. I'm level 21 with the last mission to complete for me being "Play with the weapon "homing missle" at or above level 5. The last run I did it on level 6 and it didn't trigger, so it's not a one-off instance unfortunately
Was excited it was another Metal Slug-like shooter/platformer, then saw the gameplay video and was very disappointed. Just "collect the coins" runner, sigh.
My overall high score is not recorded on game center, just the highest score that was achieved AFTER the game center update. Can I get a confirmation on this?
Well, if you've read any of the previous pages, you would've read all about the gameplay and how fantastic the dev had been at listening to the community. So for ur free download, are u really that bad off?
That was an unfortunate result of setting our scores before the update. I haven't re-achieved my high score either, but the game does feel more difficult, so I would feel kinda bad having the score I did, considering the latest build (and the fact the gem cost changed for the continue).
My best score remains 20,248. Still can't get past the stormy sea level. Loving the tracers on the bullets. The increased cost of continues, not so much. I thought the previous 1 gem to continue initially followed by 5 etc thereafter was fine... The game difficulty seems to have increased as well.
