I'm actually looking forward to going back to RB1 when I finally give up here. I stopped playing when RB2 came out and hadn't found this site yet. I was in the process of lowering my score but pretty much did it on my own.

Just glanced at the RB1 thread and between that and what I've learned playing RB2, I'm sure I can improve on my 179 (with an 8 and 9 on Swing and Propeller) quite easily. :)

Propeller is a PITA IIRC - and involves a technique that, as far as I know, we have not had to use yet in RB2 ..

Swing, on the other hand, is just a PITA .. :)

    I hated Swing.

The Propeller technique can be used to lower your score on some levels, but no "low score technique" utilizes it (e.g. Plunk).

yeah, wish I hadnt made a late start on RB2, there is nothing that you all havent already figured out!! ;) lol. but will surely make up for it when RB3 comes out, promise! :D
btw looking at all those nostalgic references to RB1 makes me realize... i havent even touched that beast yet.. i wonder how it wud feel going from 2 to 1 though, guess I wont be able to resist the temptation for long

you know I almost think the game designers have embedded this serendipity/synchronicity factor into the game. you almost give up on a level (at least for the time being), go do a bunch of stuff, pick up your phone and make that one (or two or five, which is zilch compared to the thousands before that) casual shot just for kicks.. and bam. can recall at least 3 to 4 such instances for me. The feeling at that point is more of numbness than of esctacy though.. our minds are trained to disbelieve something that has a low mathematical probability :)

well, this game can make you kind of philosophical from time to time, no?

doll on folks (or is it walk on in case of life) :)

EDIT: just as an example, I opened original stackers tonight (which has been eluding me for ages).. before making any move, got pulled into something.. accidently sent a doll flying.. came back after like an hour and..... I really wish the game had a replay feature, I so wanted to see how it happened! lol

you lobbed a doll into the space at the left.

Every now and then the stack falls so the target rolls left at the end. :p

If you want to see it again just do that ^

    Ragdoll retirement

Thanks to everyone for a great time during the ragdoll journey! It's been fun, but I've reached my goal of breaking 250 so I'm gonna retire for now. This leaves the door open to anyone else willing to put some time in. I'll be back if there is an update that takes more than 30 minutes to solve ;) Otherwise, the remaining possibilities just look way too tedious.

    Have fun!! Doll on!!

Mr X -its been a blast. You'll forever be the GOAT.

If another game happens to grab you like this one send me a PM.

I can't beleive i still don;t know whatthe mystery doll is on Zinc.

I have spent soooo long on Warped it's crazy I'm still convinced that can be a 2 as equally convinced that Gravity Switch could be a 1 (I had the switch knocked over and the doll lying directly under the target but the gravity did not change  I've also had it close a few times where the gravity diod change but still elusive. I'll keep going back to those two levels as I just don;t see it coming anywhere else.

    You da man, X!

Make sure you pop in from time to time to say hi. I don't think we're quite dead yet. And maybe someone will eventually get Space Oddity or Apollo and we'll need you to update the 1st page. Either that or all future dolls stay mystery dolls, I guess. :p

I haven't found it either. I've spent the vast majority of my time trying to find it in Warped, but that's not it. I haven't given up on a possible shave there, though. I hope it's not another Geared Up doll as I've got an idea about that one but don't really want to go there.

At least you have an idea! Can't figure it out at all. Also on catapult i've pretty much given up the ghost on, so many possibilities but none that look likely to me

Another one I'm working on. Seems like it would have to be something where the doll ricochets off of some combo of the block, ball, and wall, and hits the target. I've also tried to get the doll to go through the upper silver ball that anchors the blocks to the swinging door as it appears that a doll might possibly pass through there.

    Butcher? Baker? Nope...Candoll Stick Maker.

A sad moment... when the inspiration and undeniable champion doller resigns from this forum!

The Phantom X... Mr Walker!...The Ghost Who Dolls!

It's been a dead post for a couple of days now so please Backflip bring on RB3.

Even the wiley Fox seems to have gone back into her hole ;-/ ... and qambler still hasn't found that last doll to match X!

But for those "who came in late" ...like me...there are many dolls still left to be shaved on RB2!

And who knows....248 I believe, could be possible!

248 is known already and is possible -- just a matter of will ..

I KNOW how to get myself to 248 -- its the execution that's killing me :)

    That's an understatement!

My hands are the size of baseball gloves....so it's my fingers that are killing me!

I think X probably has needle point pixie fingers?
