easy way: use a doll into the bomb balls at the bottom to push the piston and turn the wheel. Wait a bit so you can turn wheel anti clockwise, keep the speed going with more bombs. you will figure rest out yourself hard way: lob a doll on top of the ball bombs and hope that the doll gets blasted through the double lined slope then wait and see if it crawls to target.
