This is a 1. once the ball with the cannon drops let it get to the very end of its roll and fire up, just slightly right of vertical. The ragdoll should come down almost straight, missing the edge of the "cup" and missing the lhs edge of the lower ledge. The doll will then land on its feet/backside, fall to the right and the right arm will then flip over and touch the target. It's a pretty easy one actually.
On Original Stackers (8.5) I had joy by flipping doll over into left hand side section then just let the boxes fall. You will find that the target ends up in that section quite often (well more often that the do nothing and get a clean shot option anyway ) at least it did for me. I had some agonisingly close calls before getting it - so persevere.
I'm curious about that too. I've tried forever. There seems to be a hidden force field between the two sides that won't allow the doll over. I think that is unfair. If you shoot up and then shoot one through the gap it creates the doll will hit something invisible that keeps it from going over. I haven't seen anything like that it both versions of the game. I've also tried getting the target over in two shots but haven't gotten very close.
i'm also convinced that 2.2 Turnabout is a 1. I have been sooooo close. Anyone got it? I've just started on blaster - its a great game, completing was easy but trimming those bloody dolls - argh I succumbed and found you guys here. It's nice to know I'm not the only daft one. I do wish there were more awards available. They were all gone a while ago I'd also love to know what Backflip thought was possible as scores
Not me but I know it's possible. I was trying to get body parts pushed through the wall near the entrance. The doll slides down but starts to get whacked by the turning knob near the target. I t never goes further. If I can just get less of the doll sticking through it may work. Also, I snagged a doll part on the knob right above the target and I accidentily hit reset before it got there.
Turnabout: I don't have it yet either. Take a look at pg 10 screenshot, & it looks possible. At the moment I have a doll's leg stuck through the wall, he slid down to the last 'fan' but is stuck there. Quite funny looking, poor guy flapping away. If his whole body wasn't on that side of the wall, he might slip by. By the way, how do you guys make screenshots?
With regards to turnabout in one this cause has been my life for 3 whole days now, and I'll be honest, not so sure that it is possible after all. After getting a leg trapped on the wall so the body of the doll flopped to the right hand side, as soon as the body hit the spinning cog I realised he was going nowhere, so tried to reverse it...so the body of the ragdoll would flop to the left of the wall and the leg to the right. I have achieved this 3 times now in about 100000 ragdolls...however, the leg goes past the cog just fine, but where the vertical wall meets that 45 degree angled wall, the leg gets jammed in it, and the weight of the body isn't enough to drag him down, each time he has stayed jammed there....however I haven't had a chance to leave this this way for a good few hours to see...but I'm not sure it would happen. Other than this, I can't see another way this is going to go!
I have been close using another method. So far still no joy but you can hit the button to reverse the cogs and bounce up of the slope if you can get the doll spinning and the cogs in the right place the doll lands in the cog as it's turning. Twice I've had it in and the momentum just slid it out before it would have got carried right Around. I've had legs and heads trapped on the wall with the body either side with no end result. If it's not possible by reversing the cogs it's probably not possible at all. On another note I do not have one single level completed by having the doll crawl as it did in version 1. Is that even possible anymore? As you can guess I'm just starting the trimming stage and am amazed at some of the scores on the leader board. I wish it went all the way down to levels.
To be honest I've put a great deal of time trying to pull off turnabout in one myself, with no luck. I'd be very impressed if one of you guys can do it! By the way, Ragdoll Blaster 2 Lite is now out for anyone sitting on the fence about buying it.
"Sitting on the Fence" Anyone who is should just get off and pay the money. Never have I had so much enjoyment out of so little cash - get the first version too Here is an example of a recent fail on Turnaround The cursor is in the rough position that I think I am getting close to getting the ragdoll to go all the way around the first cog having reversed its direction and flipped up. It's probably not doable - but the only two on this room I think I can better are turnaround and The Freezer and doing that level just sucks - I've had the two blocks over in two dolls twice in about 10000 dolls and both times there was not enough momentum for the ice block to fall down the first hole I dread to think how hard the ones I need to cut in the later rooms are if I'm stuck on room 2. Maybe I should just wait for Ragdoll 3
I'm telling you I had the doll with a leg caught on the wheel thing right above the target. I had hit reset so many times I hit it just as I saw the leg go through the spoke. I have no doubt it would have gotten the target. I think this is the way to go, especially after seeing the above screenshot. I had too much of the doll inside to get passed the wheel. I was hoping for the shot that had a piece of the leg through but it looks like that won't work. I had his head flipping for all eternity against that wheel. I wish they would let the doll's heads break off. The head would have hit the target.
Space Cannons in 1 I seem to only be able to get Space Cannons in 2 any suggestions and speed direction anything? I am New Here Played RDB1 Loved it and so RDB2 was a No Brainer. My current Score is 532 and I still have alot of work to go I know but any help would be great. Sinjin
Depends how much of a hint you want Do not go around the half loop is all I'll say just now. If you want more just say. I'm pretty sure Im going to be looking for assistance too as I'm still trimming room 2 as well.
The leg of the ragdoll seems to always eventually pass the cog near the target...the problem is, you then get caught on the 45 degree bend in the vertical wall, and can't seem to get off it! Even I'd it does, I don't think his leg is long enough to hit it...won't stop me trying though! I've been having a go at try to reverse the cogs, shoot the ragdoll up, and getting him in one of the cups, but I think he has too much momentum to keep him there!
Two or three times I have had the cogs reversed and the doll lying on one of the spokes and it JUST fall off just as that spoke reached the horizontal. It may be that it has too much momentum - it certainly has been the case for me so far but nonetheless those just seemed too close for it to be impossible. I haven't given up on it yet - but I fear you may be right and that we will not be able to control the momentum. Going through without changing the cogs direction just won't work as far as I am concerned. Splitting the doll down the wall looks promissing but I've had all sorts of bits sliding down and never quite got there.
