I have a question about the magical 17 on WD I have never gotten the ramp set up without having to fire the extra shot. The best I've gotten was the getting the ledge on the other side in the notch at the middle of the wheel. I've always needed that shot. Do you think if I left it alone for an amount of time it would eventually drop without the shot? I've let the cannon bump up against it and make the journey to the pillows and back and it was still in the same position.
Initially spent most of my time on option #4, zoomed in. after many long sessions, although seems to penetrate almost completely through, haven't had so much as a shimmy from the lil guys. I'm ruling out below button for now. so, it's option #2 for not. trying button bounce and landing on cog to go through over clockwise. seems a desperately difficult shot (actually reminds me of trying for apollo 2)... seems possible, but can't quite get doll to slow enough. not ruling out yet though. other thoughts?
WD first 6 shots I would quote SJM here because he does a wonderfully detailed description for WD, but in the interest of saving valuable screen real estate and to cater to those dollas with a deficiency in the reading comprehension dept. I will just post my two cents here. When I was getting to the wheel in 8 my first 6 shots were broken up into 3 and 3, the timing for these shot is less critical than for shots 7 and 8 but I had a greater success rate getting to the wheel in 8 with 3 and 3 as opposed to the 1 -- 2345-6 method.
Geesh! Wouldn't it be nice if Plus would order all the number 1's according to who got there first...like we had the old leader board set up ;p Such a shame when someone discovers a new doll just to be bumped down on the list by subsequent people.

Grats X! So funny, I looked at the board saw the 3-way tie @ 241, closed plus. Walked downstairs opened plus again to show someone and there was X at 240. 30 seconds and things had changed. Unreal. Had to laugh!
I'm willing to bet that I know the new doll and the strategy used to get it. PM me if you want my thoughts. As for Turnabout, I am using a method that is actually a combination of two strategies previously discussed. The Brass mystery doll still eldues me for certain, but I'm having a ball experimenting. These are my favorite types of shaves (as X has put it: a combination of skill, ingenuity and luck).
WD17 thoughts I agree. 3-3 works better for me, easier to keep count too. 7 & 8 are the most important of 8 to wheel. It's not always easy to tell when cannon will climb the pile at the wheel. Sometimes it looks too slow to get there but will surprise me and take a little hop up. Think I've reset some of the slower approaches a little too quickly. Soooo, I'm still workin on 17. Now here's hoping for perfect ramp to show up.
Wd 17 Anyone want to trade WD 17 for BW 24 or SoF8? You send me your phone and I'll get WD while I send you my phone and you get WD or SoF. Our friends and family will have to put up with a new number for us for awhile, but I think it would totally be worth it.
Phone swap That's pretty funny Doc, actually all you would have to do is log in as someone else and then you could shave for them. I heard a rumor that's what X does, he has a small village of children logged in as him in an undisclosed location trying various strategies on various levels 24/7.
One more.. To the elitist Sub 250 club...at least for now since Phantom's sweat shop children seem to keep finding him shaves! Please oh please X, let me a part of the 240's while it's still the top tier!!! Anyhow, with Turnabout at 1 and Grinder 2 at 6, I have made the jump to 250 and to be tied for 10th on the leaderboard!
