Shirley -- you jest mumbles! :)

So -- by now we all know this is the famous (ha ha) quote by the even more famous (ha ha ha)

    Hugo von Hofmannsthal

    Austrian Poet and Playwright ...

    Plays
Der Tor und der Tod (1891)
    Der Tod des Tizian (1901)
    Elektra (1904)
    Ödipus und die Sphinx (1906)
    Die Frau im Fenster (1909)
    Jedermann (1911)
    Der Schwierige (1921)
    Das Salzburger grosse Welttheater (1922)
    Der Turm (1925)

    Libretti
    Elektra (1909)
    Der Rosenkavalier (1911)
Ariadne auf Naxos (1912, rev. 1916)
    Die Frau ohne Schatten (1919)
    Die ägyptische Helena (1927)
    Arabella (1933)

Not sure where that gets us -- but it's a start I think

Hey X what happened to the rest of the clue?

The answer lies not in the winter blizzard
Oh HA! I see it's written in white. Very sneaky.
Freezer is out. But we knew that.

Wow. I never would have noticed that on the iPhone unless I was doing a "quote" reply. Good find Foxy.

Does that mean that my buying up all the Hugo von Hofmannsthal plays for perusal tonight was a waste?

Anyone want to buy some slightly used Hugo von Hofmannsthal poems and plays?

I found Der Turm to be very fascinating .. :)

First, thanks X, for posting the RB1 scores. Second, I have a shot for 9 set up on SoF. Since the little "fortress" surrounding the target has fallen, the shot I had been practicing is out the window. Anyone had this happen and/or know of a good shot?

I finally got WD in 17, I am thrilled, elated, relieved, overjoyed and pissed that my next best shave prospect is now that stupid stubborn stalk. Ahhhh the emotional dollercoaster.

Yeah, I posted the same shot some time back. There's no known (for sure) way to get that shot. I missed it anyway. Even with a 'good fortress' there didn't seem to be a sure fire every time aimspot. Once we talked about rolling back left and right again to see if anything changed, but so far as I know it never did.
Good luck and doll on thru adversity!

    aluminum clues

Here is another shot at the "Ivy League Doll Masters" and "Performers" clues.

The Morrill Act of 1862 led to the creation of four Ivy League land-grand SUNY colleges which now currently exist at Cornell University.

If we pretended that all SUNY colleges were Ivy League, then I found a male acapella group called "Male Call" at SUNY - New Paltz. I still don't see how they are doll masters though.

Thanks for the nod guys :)

I felt like I found my groove after 3-day Vroom-proper effort. I must have some karma saved up somewhere too... felt like luck's been on my side with a few key shaves. It's been a 30someodd doll push over the last 4-5 days. I'm tired.

And, thank you to... you know who you are :)

I too had this exact same setup today for the 9 and wait for it...nope...didn't make the shot! I tried a shot on the leftmost upper grass cube with the idea of a ricochet up and back down on the target, hence as you described for the practice shots. But to no avail. Perhaps a full strength shot up and back down to break it apart??? Don't know, haven't had that stupid..err...i mean lovely stalk fall the correct way for me since!

Good luck and doll on, let me know if you find something of interest in doing so.

    Rhyno RIP 260
