Wow -- I was skeptical until I saw the use of all the cool colors!

Now I'm a believer -- although a few "thou" and hast's" etc would have made it a bit more hysterical! :)

BTW -- what is WRONG with you people -- this is FUNNY! Especially the "goat" usage (intended) ..

<sigh> An artist never is appreciated in his/her own time ..

    /SJM

P.S. Ok , at least mildly amusing like an old M*A*S*H episode gone wrong?

    Theory --

Ok -- I've been doin' some ponderin' (as they say down here in the South) -- lubricated by some fine Kentucky Whiskey ...

I think we're going to find -- even when we do know the level -- that its going to be a bear to get .. why?

    Simple!

    Q hasn't gotten it yet!

That's right -- I blame all this on Qambler..

See, lets be real. Other than GOAT X -- who's really the fastest doller out there to get a new doll ? It's gotta be Q -- especially once he gets his fine Romanesque nose on the trail .. (Just wanted to use Romanesque in a sentence - I am sure your fine snout is no more than petite in nature)

Anyway -- the fact that Q (who got Breakthrough/Metronome in no time -- let alone just about all the others) still hasn't gotten the missing Alum doll -- has me very worried.

Think on all the dolla's he's gotten -- and still not the missing Alum doll?? Inconceivable -- as a certain Sicilian would say!

I think this bodes a long haul for us dollers even when we figure out the level !

Interestingly -- to me -- both probable levels have something in common!

Turnabout and Mail Call -- both allow dolls to go through the walls -- yet both get stopped by something -- to keep them away from their allotted goal in life...

Coincidence? Almost certainly! Yet still -- something to ponder over a nice dram of Whisky!

    Steve who stares at goats

I'm sorry I was too busy playing with my color palette to see the truly insightful nature of your hilarity. Not to mention the PETA friendly footnote (hysterics ensue). However I must take off points for quoting yourself, I mean a GOAT might be able to get away with that sort of thing but yer only a GIT(goat in training) Furthermore with the myriad of postings in the last twenty four hours and the truly supercilious nature of your humor it's quite possible the masses are still digesting and or reading, but I digress....

Between laughing at what you all have to say and crying because JailGuard hates me, if someone were to walk in on me, they'd think I were on a daytime TV talk show!

It's been a good past 24 hours though, shaved 10 dolls, need one more on Fast Ball to get me to the semi-semi-exclusive sub 270 club...

    Any advice greatly appreciated!

    Rhyno

    RIP 270

    Never would've imagined..

Sorry for the double post here, but I think this one deserves it's own post! Shaved another one off of Big Wheel, still working on Fast Ball and Mega Ramp and errr JG...

    Finally

I finally worked my way into the sub 250 club with a shave down to 10 on SoF. Thank you again for your help. For those of you who have better than a 10 on SoF, how did you get it. A 10 was hard enough. Any tips appreciated. And thanks again.

Nice work and congrats J! That's such a pain level, I don't even look forward to shaving there. Still working on some of the "easier" levels and am quickly going blind looking at them..

Git and Frizz...You're both insightfully hilarious humor artists and deserve appreciation. Heehee.
Btw, speaking as a fox, I'm ok with actual goats being harmed. Yum!

    math solution revisited

Hey, someone told me the integer here is 29 = Turnabout. I can't comment on the integer part (you know) but Fox senses still say Turnabout.
X.. new day new clue.. it's bound to be dumb like a fox.

Q's original equation is correct, however if changed slightly to read

    (M+D)/(L+I) = 29 ~ which indeed is Turnabout

I too saw this last night, however X said the first clue was not solved using math, which puts me right back to [] 1...

On to good news, got a couple more shaves...

    Rhyno RIP 261

    CoTD --

I was solving a crossword (another horrid past time of mine, along with French Fry experiments) -- and came across an old Puccini Opera

Turandot -- which made me think of Turnabout ..

Alas, tried in vein to find any references to anything that could resemble Ivy League, Masters, Dolls, anything in the opera. Nada .. <sigh>

Back to the drawing board ...

Turandot/Turnabout would be a cool connection. I love Puccini. Ah well, suspect we'll have to do with another 'it's not' clue.

Bugger...I work away for just a couple of days and you dudes go manic!

So much to scan/read now to catch up!

X's new clue is interesting? Anyone got it yet?

Also did you know that when you first start RB2 there is a Doll that looks exactly like our Prime Minister?

(Except the Doll is smarter and much more popular)!

Franky X... I think you should make your clues much more abstract.

    They are way too obvious!
