Just bought this, looks great but i must admit i hate crafting ! Is it quite 'lite' when it comes to crafting ? Just want this to be a great FPS style game, hopefully not so much crafting
Same for me. I go to all the trouble of gathering stuff but dont have all the room I need in my inventory so I put them in the trucks and I had them all throughout the city at various camping spots. Then all of a sudden I go back to a site and the map shows the trucks but they're gone. What gives?
I have three Portals left to activate but every time I try there's nothing there. If I die I float up and at times I see the portal but it on a level that you don't have access to. Glitch?!
the game has very bad comments on the Mac apostore and with justification, try to show some amazing graphics. but that is only in certain areas, since there are many places where the graphics are certainly horrible and there are errors for example: inside a building you are fighting with a zombie and you see the roof or structure outside, which makes vision very difficult. Besides that I still think that the game need many improvements in the gameplay. In this case, if they get to have low sale will not be the fault of anyone else than themselves, for not delivering a complete product, for not delivering a quality game. for delivering a half-finished game, if it may appeal to many, but accepting so many flaws would be very conformist and today with so many tools and technology, could do something much better.
First time I tried to play I died twice because I hid in a house when night fell and bears stuck their heads through THE WALL and killed me. Also I think we need some firearms closer to the start of the game. I restarted and have been trying to play using Veritas strategy and following the quest goals and it's not working out for me. The quest goals directed me to a firehouse (I guess?) to get a radiation suit, still armed with only a pipe. Those awful burning fire zombies barely winced at my feeble attempts to beat them off me. And they're all over the place there. It might also be nice to have just a couple of the map locations labeled. You guys have commented there are firearms in the military base, but I can't tell where that is in the map. Lots of areas look sort of military.
Game is really frustrating. I am stuck since days! You respawn too far and the zombies kill you again and again... They need to rebalance the game and improve the spawn of bags. I'm getting tired of the game...
UPDATE on my disaster experience Well. I had to revisit the spawn point (where you start the game) and start looting ALL OVER AGAIN. I went to the left side of the map where there are helicopters, even I found a code which I dunno its use. Finally I have the RPG, AK47 but still looking for a better backpack
There is a little trick you can do always Cary a stick in your quick slot bar you see you drop whatever weapon you have equipped when you die so swap to the stick and you will keep your ak and everything else. As for loot just stash spare in a car and drive it to the hospital there is so much loot there including clothes backpacks and guns and food and medicine it's not even funny.
Can you tell me where is the hospital ? And I need to find a better Radiation suit. Where can I found a new one?
If you farm zombies at one of the towers you will often find the military backpack (and other top-tier wearables) as their drops. You'll need a firearm and good proficiency first however.
Holy Jesus! I found an Assault Rifle and its too op! Love it!!! You guys need to find one and the game will be less frustrating
In the meantime, until they fix the missing cars bug, has anyone found any SPECIFIC vehicles (maybe around key areas) that don't disappear or respawn? That might be worth troubleshooting. On another note, I am buying this game now; I've seen enough. And, regardless of how devoted Atypical Games will [or will not] be to this new release, I am considering it worth investing my hopes and dollars. Cheers.
I just now started the game, it didn't seem to initially have any fps issues while playing on my iPhone 7 Plus--if that's useful info to you or any other readers.
Very sadly, I think the game is unplayable because I can never survive long enough to find a firearm. I can evade the zombies at times but then the bears or wolves get me. I also have this weird thing going on where time is stuck in the morning and the sun never sets. When I look at my map device in the upper right corner where everybody says the time is displayed it always says 7:03. Hoping an update helps.
