The bug got me. Between that and updates breaking many games I am done with Apple.

That's sad, because I love mobile and iOS has so much potential.

Just to update I did the wifi log out and back into game centre and once that was done and reset my iPad I can confirm game centre is working right now, so fingers crossed on how long it will last.

I have now just deleted test flight from all 3 of my devices just to be on the safe side

It should come back with that method at least for most of us here.

    9.3.1 fixed Game Center

Well for me anyways. Updated my phone this morning and it has been working ever since. (iPhone 6s). No more white screen and the banner pops up every game I've played today.

You're the only person for whom this update fixed GC

My gamecenter works now as well. Not sure of the reason, but it's working

My secondary account is working as well, I only have 7 games on it. But it wasn't working a month back.

Not really game in trying the other account with 1000's of games and 250,000 gamerscore, it might break it again.

Game Center was working on my iPad mini 4 until I downloaded tilt to live 2. I had test flight installed previous to that. So for me anyway, installing the older Game Center compatible game is what broke it for me.

It fixed it for me for a couple of minutes, before reverting back to broken. (The restore from computer backup has provided a fix which is still working for me, however.)

There's an iOS 9.3.2 beta out today (13F51a). Anyone try that yet?

Works for me now (before, it didn't work, no matter what I tried). We'll see how it goes long term.

Same here. I was actually seeing achievement banners, something that wasn't happening even when GC would sporadically kick in gear. Also was able to check leaderboards and achievements. Let's hope it lasts...

Edit: It worked last night and all day today, then, the second I mention it, gone. Literally, the last game I played, only moments before posting this worked fine, as well as all the others I played. Then, I excitedly bought Noodlecake's newest game Chameleon Run and the GC menu icon is faded out, no banners, no Game Center.

And you're running 13F51a? Is it only Chameleon Run that doesn't work, or are you unable to use GC in all games?

    9.3.1 (13E238)

I'm unable to use GC in all games. Again.

TestFlight use to use a different GameCenter if I could remember correctly. I'm pretty sure it use to have a different usernames.

Now TestFlight uses the same GameCenter as the main one. I installed TestFlight and my GameCenter is working again. The TestFlight games are in the same list as all the others.

I am using a different GameCenter account than my main one, but this one wasn't working for me either a month ago.

I'm no game in using my main account as it has 1000's of games and 250,000 points. This may crash it again, although it may not.

This is a fix for me, it's worth a try. It may not work for all though.

    I'm back! At last!

    New username is

I think that at this point any and all "workarounds" are more voodoo magic than anything, and it just comes down to sheer luck being able to log out or having the OS do it for you by chance after an update or a reset. Then the issue comes back sooner or later.

The only 100% reliable "solution" is to wipe clean your device and start from scratch not from a backup, a solution that I refuse to do since I would lose a lot of data (including Apple Watch health data if I'm not mistaken). That's why I think Apple should just publish a tool that affected users could use to nuke clean ONLY Game Center data from your device, not everything, but I guess we are not a big enough number for Apple to worry.

    (edit: I don't have the 9.3.2 beta)

I wiped my phone 16 times now, that does nothing for me. Apple has also given my 4 new phones and that does nothing either.

The TestFlight method is the only thing that works for me.

You didn't restore from a backup in any of those cases? This is a first I thought starting completely from scratch solved the issue.
