I had this same white screen Game Center right before Christmas. Took into the Apple Store and they acted shocked like they never seen the issue before. Obviously couldn't do anything for me other than suggesting backing up the phone on my computer and resetting to factory settings and setting up as a new device initially then to restore from the computer. I had never done this before and was terrified of what was going to go wrong, but to my surprise it worked like a charm. Issue has been gone since Dec 20th. Hope this helps people and that Apple addresses this issue for everyone soon!

I installed Sky Burger and got GameCenter to work in that, but it doesn't work for me in other games and the GC app is still just a white screen. Does Apple even really know about this issue?
I have had the log into game center box pop up many times when i go on mortal kombat and clash of clans but when i enter my info, it endlessly loads. I am also pissed off that apple could let something like this just happen and ignore it. For an almost thousand dollar phone i expect MUCH better than that. In 9 and 9.1 it got stuck when i deleted my apps, forcing a restart. Nothing ever works correctly, and if resetting my phone is the only solution, i can assure them the next phone i get wont be an iphone. Total bs that they still havent fixed this with them being this big of a company.

I have found a partial fix If you hard reset your iPad don't go to Game Center but straight to the game
We need to become a Secret Society in which, to enter our secret den you need to show the bouncer the white screen of death as you attempt to load the GC app.
If you haven't yet, I advise contacting Apple Support on this issue. Not sure how much good it will do, but we need to make sure they hear about this as much as possible so we're more likely to get a proper fix. I've gone through a couple Apple Support chats about this now.
I know this is bad for developers but I have got a refund for all my games I have purchased in the last 90 days with this description in the problem box: "Gamecenter does not work on my iPhone 6s running the latest iOS" If everyone here does this eventually something will be done. I have tried everything else, so I guess taking money back off them might get the message across. Apple has messed me round for almost 5 months now, it's pathetic!
That's not the solution- take over their forum with complaint , multiple phone call a day- make the problem stick to the compagny
