Great game overall and much improved over last year's version. Is there a way to view the league leaders for individual categories like batting average, hrs, etc? As far as I can see the league leaders option always just shows who is leading in hits?
My 3 questions for the people that have played it... 1. Is there a career mode (players age, retire, etc.)? 2. Can you trade players with the AI (as opposed to just being able to edit rosters)? 3. Can you set everything to "automatic" so you can just manage the game? Thanks in advance!
Also for those who have played it, can you listen to your own audio while playing? I'd be interested in listening to baseball games on my MLB app while playing, if possible.
True, it's choppy on my iPhone 6 as well. I'm sure they will fix it, though So (obviously)I went ahead and bought it. So far I'm a little disappointed. MLB perfect inning has better graphics/stadiums/commentary. I also like the pitching mechanic better than here. I know that game is sadly full of IAP, but it's a better baseball game than this
I believe you just tap on the stat you want to view. So if you tap on HR it should highlight blue and update to show the leaders in home runs.
Thanks for the tip! How are people doing with hitting? It seems to be a bit difficult to hit anything but singles thus far.
I cannot believe they couldn't support MFi controllersunless I missed something. Last year it was kind of a new feature for lots of games, so I gave 2014 a pass, but pretty disappointing to not have it at this point. Would have bought it straight away w/traditional controller options.
iCloud support for saves and jumping between iPhone and iPad would have been nice as well. SO MANY games support these features Apple has made available to developers. Unfortunate that even with the extra time from the console releases, that these things couldn't have been included.
I feel the same way. Perfect Inning looks so amazing and the pitching scheme is better. If this at least had commentary it would be a big leap forward. I'm not getting why the file size is so large either. Still it's great to have a fully licensed baseball game. Despite how amazing Perfect Inning looks and sounds the IAP's kill it for me.
Just picked this up and am really enjoying it. Seems like a huge upgrade from last year's version. Playing super smooth on an iPhone 5s iOS 7.0.6. 4/5 stars from me, though, because it's a HUGE file size and drains my battery quite a bit. But as far as the gameplay and graphics, it's amazing. 4.5 stars if I could. Great job!
