Yeah, I was toying around with purchasing this when it was $11.99 over Thanksgiving. I already have Documents to Go, though NOT the Premium version. I can upgrade to Premium for $7.99, but it won't let you edit shared Google Docs which is the main reason I want to upgrade. Does Quickoffice Pro HD let you edit shared Google Docs? The big pull for me is the slicker interface, but everything I read also says Docs2Go has better compatibility back and forth with MS Office documents. So I don't want to just buy it for a nicer looking interface. I want to maintain compatibility with documents we use at work. Also, QuickOffice Pro looks like a much better editor for Powerpoint. I think Docs2Go is only text editing, but QuickOffice Pro has shapes. These decisions are never easy. One does something better, and the other does better at something else.
Yep very true. I currently only have office squared and quickoffice pro. I cannot comment on Docs2go, but I would have discarded office squared but for one reason, quickoffice does not allow the import of images and tables into word docs. Besides that I say it beats office squared in many ways. I most happy about how formatting rarely changes when I import a doc back to my computer (which was a small but nagging problem in Office squared).
