      Ok, this is probably not as juicy as Wikileaks but I'm so excited about this!

      Yesterday I stumbled upon a camera app named "Quick Snap - Camera Plus" that allows iPhone user to snap pictures with the volume button. Personally, this is the feature and the ONLY one I've been wanting since day 1. Grabbed it and got it installed in my iPhone 4 and works bloody great!

      That is pretty cool. How did the Apple reviewer miss that? How did AppShopper miss that?

      It works well enough. Funny that the volume shutter doesn't work if the mute switch is toggled. No more silently taking pictures for me. Also, the faux-camera matte is stupid because I could barely see what I was shooting so I got rid of it.

      good stuff.. but how did you remove the faux-camera matte?

      I used PhoneView to get into QuickSnap.app and remove all camerax.png files.
