Alright, guys. I updated my Touch to 4.3 today, but when I restored it from old settings, it came out completely empty. When I try to restore it, it's either the empty backup or something ~4months old. Where can I find the rest of the backups (there were hundreds)? I'm in a huge hurry here, and Google was no use. Anyone, please?
To my knowledge iTunes keeps one backup per device, and overwrites it every time you sync. You'd have to copy each backup to a new location to keep all of them stored.
