Yeah 14px is so good, but actually I found that Mini Dash became my favorite precision platformer on IOS. Have you tried that game?

    Nice release: ArcBreaker
Looks like Super Hexagon + brick breaker

I am grabbing it now - wouldn't show up in a search on the App Store unless I specified "iPhone only", which must be a glitch because the description makes it sound Universal. Will report back, thanks for the heads up.

Edit: Wow, Mini Dash is awesome. I can see why the comparison to 14px... Tilt controls and tapping, done flawlessly?! Madness! Oh, the game isn't Universal, it is one of those quirky 'retina iPhone games' that would have taken about three more lines of code to make Universal. Looks great, plays great. This is what that Moxie and whatever game should have been.

Yes, it looks great. It should really just be made universal, the resolution is already there.

Why do you have to use tilt in Mini Dash? It has a movement slider, and if you put the sensitivity up, it acts exactly like left-right buttons

First visit to this thread thanks to Cloudpuff and it definitely looks like it's going to be expensive - but damn fun!

Was wondering if it would be ok to mention a new game that may fit the criteria and I'm really enjoying:

The IAP is completely optional and the game itself is very generous with what you get and can earn through gameplay alone.

No fun here, only broken devices and crying to the IOS gods for mercy
    But you will receive none
    :)

So I tried ColorPickle and it's pretty good. I usually don't like tilt controls but they feel very responsive here, allowing you to easily thread your way between hazards. The risk-reward mechanic of expanding is really fun and I like the art style as well. Just wish you could calibrate the tilt sensitivity but that's my only gripe

Guess I have to check sensitivity then, last time I tried the slider I was hoping for longer thumbs as there was no way to go fast like that.

Edit: No chance, still need longer thumbs.

I despise tilt, but it works great in this game. The size of the iPad does not get in the way of this game. Tilt to Live 2 feels clunky by comparison.
