      so my itunes doesnt recognize my ipod anymore and before i reinstall everything i wanted to ask that:
      i download a game on my itunes (pc)
      i connect my ipod
      is there any option to get the apps i bought on my pc on my ipod without sync & delete?

      Reinstall iTunes.

      check to make sure your cord is hooked up in the right usb socket and that your cords even work
