I have a PC from work and just got a MBP today, yay! My crummy PC only has about 60 gigs of disc space total and only has about 4 gigs free right now. I need to transfer all my apps (15 gigs or so) to my Mac and delete them from my PC to free up the space. I also need to be able to sync my iPhone with both my Mac and PC. Mac for apps, music, and videos (I manage music and vids manually). And PC to sync my contacts and my work calendar. There is no option to manually manage apps that I am aware of. I know if I try to sync with my PC, and it has none of my apps on the hard-drive, it's going to want to erase all my apps My calendar on the PC is Microsoft Exchange based but we have pretty strict security at my company, so I cannot sync my calendar and iPhone or get updates over the air. I sync my iPhone to my work calendar almost every day... I guess there are steps I could take to get my calendar on the Mac, but I know it's going to be a pain in the ass... I'll have to VPN everytime, generate a token, etc. and would really prefer to just be able to sync on both computers without losing all my apps. Any workarounds? Thanks
