I Am from India. And here there are no apple stores. Apple provide warrenty services through a company called Redington.I had a small problem with my iPod touch 3g. So I called them and they told me that they won't repair, but just replace the device. If I wait for 3 months Before I replace untill a new jailbrake is released for os 4, is there any chance that I will get a free upgrade to os4. And will that new device be of any sub quality? And my warrenty will only expire on feb 2011.
