Ok, so I started adding some of my ebook collection into iTunes to basically figure out how easy or difficult it would be to change the metadata and add art. Turns out is was SUPER easy. I "bought" Winnie-The-Pooh and followed that as a template which was just Author, Sort Author, Title, and Art. That's all that was needed. I looked up a book that was in a series and they all follow the same title formula. (title of series) #(series number): (Title of book) I did three series of books like this but ran into an issue: In the iBooks app all my books are in reverse order So book 12 of a series is shown in the top left followed by book 11. book 10, and so on. Can someone who has bought a book from a series let me know if it uses any meta info to order them correctly (ie track number, disc number)
My dad also noticed when he imported Dan Brown's The The Lost Symbol, that the text was on the right side. We don't read from Right to Left!
All my content is fine and all the books are readable. Its just their order on the "bookshelf" that's in reverse order.
