I might need extra people testing yes, but not promises. You can use TestFlight to register. You'll automatically be notified when/if any builds are available. http://tflig.ht/SRB5aP Thank you Note: I always consider the people on my list even for future/new games so even if not on this I might send you something from the next
I signed up! Nbd if you don't need me Hahah I love the humor in the trailer! It's a nice touch. I loved Heroes of Loot and this gives me a similar vibe.
February actually, there's always last minute tweaks and preparations for the release so sorry, not this month. But I expect to release in the first half. Honestly everything is pretty much set on the iOS area, but I'm trying to do a simultaneous launch of the iOS, Mac and Windows version so trying to sync 4 different stores turned out to be a bit tricky
Bring on Quest for Dungeons! Curiously, what outlets will your be releasing Quest for Dungeons on for PC/Mac? You mention 4 stores - App Store, Google Play, and... ? http://www.gog.com/indie Edit: Crap, I just noticed a missed beta opportunity.
Not my genre at all, but your video sold me, indeed. Very nice done and if you tell me that the music is in-game too, then you have a day one buyer.
I'm glad you like it There's a variation of that music in game for boss fights. This is a more "theatric version" to fit the trailer images
For PC/Mac it's Desura and Humble Store. Then the Mac App Store And finally the iOS App Store. As for GOG I contacted them but I guess they want to see how well the game does on other places first. I'm also setting up a green light campaign in the next few days for people who want it on steam.
Is it February yet? I voted for Quest of Dungeons on Steam Greenlight also; good news about Humble Store - that should bring some exposure. Hopefully GOG comes around. Edit: Some of the Steam Greenlight comments are amusing - "A generic cookie-cutter roguelike with absolutely no distinguishing features that uses tired "retro" graphics like every other cookie-cutter roguelike and lampshades its own uncreative story by pretending to be uncreative ironically? ... I guess that's basically all I wanted anyway. Begrudgingly upvoted." I don't get the comparison to Dungeons of Dreadmor.
Thanks to all the votes. "18% on the way to top 100" Yeah I love the comments, the comparison to dungeons of dredmor usually happens to all RL games these days, since DoD got so many traction many players think it was the first one. Also since it's a great game some people use it as reference, other people use Rogue.
Voted on Greenlight too. I've been a longtime lurker on this thread as I try not to get too excited about Roguelikes as they can take a long time from development to release but I cannot contain myself any longer! I keep having to delete what I've already written as I re-read it and realise I've got a little over-excited again...So I'll just leave it at "yes please".
