Keep dropping whatever feedback you've got. The next biggest step for us would be to get on the front page of itunes, so we need to make this thing as good as it can get in the hopes that they're paying attention. And, if there's anything you'd like to see in the game (besides it working on i4's >:/) feel free to say something. We're aiming for some better tech stuff on top of the content, too (like cloud save stuff, maybe).
I'd really like to be able to see in-game, other when first earned, what my current artifacts and squid babies are doing for me.
You can avoid his lasers by using your dodge to run in front of them, following the way they're going without touching them.
LORD GEK! There is a "library" option from the main menu that shows information about the artifacts you've found. Still, we haven't yet found an elegant way to allow you to pop open information about each of the artifacts during the gameplay that doesn't clutter the UI. But if you've got any ideas on how to execute that, we're definitely open to suggestions!
Why not have a Library button in the Pause Menu as clearly I'd want the game paused while viewing this information. Although, when perusing the library I'll need some sort of indicator of which items are on person currently. So I could just look at the library listings and know the items highlighted are not only ones I've discovered but have on me this very moment.

I strongly urge everyone to play a game with the sound effects switched off to properly enjoy the music. I really enjoy the music.

We're still waiting for YoYoGames to patch up Game Maker Studio, since the crashes seem to be emanating from some bug in the engine. We've been harassing them daily to get it going, but they haven't done anything just yet.
Awww man,that means it remains unplayable on 1st gen ipad too. Was so excited to see a patch submitted...
Okay, so, question. I just somehow managed to open up a green portal and... well, I don't want to spoil it, but I have no idea how I did it. Anyone else manage to pull this off and feel like enlightening my ignorant self? It seemed pretty cool, and unfortunately I died shortly after entering the portal. Thanks!
If you're talking about the green portals I'm thinking of, they open the same way the regular ones do, just open the treasure chest which can appear next to either portal depending on where you are when you clear the depth I believe.
