Here's some more obscure ones for ya!

    Alcazar
    Logic Games (by Andrea Sabbatini)
    Color Labyrinth
    Shapist
    English Country Tune
    Vaccine Case
    Corrypt
    Talesworth Adventures
    Tertrobot and Co.
    Chromixa
    Super Happy Fun Block
    Infect (by Xu Liu)
    Rect Pushers (by Xu Liu)
Blockwick (there are two games in this series)
    The Sequence (by Maxim Urusov)
    Zengrams
    RYB (by FLEB)
XON (by Noam Kahalani, there are 4 games in this series)
A Good Snowman is Hard to Build
    Zero Age

There you go! They're not in any particular order but some of the games in that list would definitely be some of my favourites of all time. Be sure to check them all out at some point, this list has games which don't seem to get mentioned much by puzzle fans despite being really brilliant.

Paint It Back is a great picross (logic puzzle) game. I like it a lot.

Human Resource Machine is also fantastic, though it's a fairly tough series of logic problems that isn't for everyone.

And I'll throw in Furdemption and King Rabbit - superb action puzzle games.

One relatively new one that's different and fun is Rings.

Also, (shameless self promotion) I made one called Match Spree.

It's quite sad that no one has recommended the best puzzle game yet: Helsing's Fire.

Some of my staple favourites are: Noodles! and the entire PathPix series, though I highly recommend PathPix Max.

Also, y'know, The Room. Those are fantastic.

I actually haven't played Helsing's Fire yet! It was down on some OS a while back, and I've forgotten about it since. I'll be picking it up now... :)

Noodles is fun but I never really found anything too special about it. It's still on my iPad and I pick it up occasionally but can never really get into it, I solve those kinds of puzzles very algorithmically and don't feel the addiction factor of needing to solve another puzzle.

PathPix series is definitely good, as is SpellPix, PrismaPix, and Loopical from the same dev.

Another good dev if you're looking for large amounts of sudoku type logic puzzles is Stanley Lam. Ripple Effect, NumberFlow(+), Linesweeper and Mathrax are my favourites from him.

I left out the Room because it isn't really a straight puzzle game like everything on my list is (with the exception of XON, which I included because it's absolutely fantastic and has some incredible puzzles too). If we're going to puzzle/adventure games then here's some more!

AAAALLL of Mani Morishita's games. These room escapes are the absolute pinnacle of the genre!! My favourites are Room Gamma, Matryoshka, Pixel Room, and Sphinx.
    Hiversaires
    Oquonie
Dr. Stanley's House (a trilogy, the first game is very average but trust me that numbers 2 and 3 are really great)
Cube Escape (A series, also connected to the Rusty Lake series from the same developer)
AAAALLL of the games by Noprops. Quite unconventional room escapes, guaranteed to surprise you and make you smile.
Kairo (not sure if still on the app store, but one of my favourites of all time)
    Polarity

That's it for now! I'm sure I'll remember more in the future and update this thread again.

    HEXCELLS!
All three games in this series are fabulous.

Additionally, World of Goo is very good.
