Thanatos is not worth the materials to evolve. I spent quite some time getting them and have yet to put him on my team for a dungeon.

A note of caution about dual spec Levathian and Fafnir...their team cost jumps to 20! Makes it very tough to use them both at the same time.

I need some help to get through the Hera dungeon. I have Alraune or Amaterasu Ohkami as my leader and an Odin as my helper. However, once I got to Neptune I couldn't continue, his defense was too high. Any abilities I can use to lower his defense? The only monsters I have that can lower defense are Black Knight and White Knight.

And just for the record, I tried using a zombie team twice already with Viper Orochi as my leader and an Amaterasu Ohkami as me helper. However, I never made it past the first four waves of enemies because they attacked at the same time. I kept having one of those harpie demons or whatever attack the same turn as one of those knights. With Alraune/Amaterasu Ohkami and Odin, sure, a haprie attacking then a knight attacking might do me in, but if the knight attacks first then the harpie, I have a little HP left and i can heal myself. The only real problem I have is Neptune and his high defense. However, last time I fought Neptune I didn't use a knight or Lillith. Now I have Lillith and a Lillith Witch of the Knight (which one should I use though) and a White Knight and a Black Knight (I'd use the White Knight, though).

Update: Looking at Tobiasdu's walkthrough, unless I have a crapload of Magic Stones Hades will be impossible for me to get past without a zombie team, so goodbye Odin. If I do go with a zombie team, I'm looking at going through a lot of magic stones through the first four battles. As long as I can handle Venus, Minerva, Ceres, Neptune, Hades, and Hera I should be fine using a zombie team, right? And how many turns at a time does Hades attack?

I just evolved my salamander to ifrit, and was wondering how, if it can be done, I get it a second element?

    http://zh.pad.wikia.com/wiki/%E3%82%A4%E3%83%95%E3%83%AA%E3%83%BC%E3%83%88?variant=zh-hant

    Add Water: 251 + 247 x 2 + 227
    Add Wood: 251 + 248 x 2 + 227
    Add Light: 251 + 249 x 2 + 227
    Add Darkness: 251 + 250 x 2 + 227

247 - 251 can be found in Friday Dungeon (Advanced).
227 can be found in Thursday Dungeon.

Also just to remind you that the cost will jump from 13 to 20 once you added a secondary attribute.

Thank you very much. That's far off for me right now. I'll work on something else for now. I can't afford a 20 point cost monster right now.

As I remembered you have a low level viper orochi, right? So you just need a big healer helper. Forget about the knights, you should use harpie devils. You probably need to use Lilith as she has fewer HP. So, you team should be:
Viper Orochi + 3 harpie devels + lilith + healer

If you have a verche you can replace one harpie devil, just make sure the HP requirement is met.

As I said in the walkthrough, the only hard part is first round. You have 50/50 chance to meet 2 devils attacking you at once. If so, you probably will have to spend a few stones before you take one down. Do that and leave the other one to charge all your skill. In the later stage, use your devil's skill to deal huge damage, and leave one enemy to charge up again. Don't forget viper orochi can also buy you 5 turns of time. Repeat that and you will be fine. Worst case scenario, you would probably have to spend 6-7 stones.

Anyone know what good eggs are farmable from the Sky Dungeons? From what I can tell so far:

    Sky Dungeon of Flame (Expert)
    Tyran
    Naga

    Sku Dragon of Water (Expert)
    Plesiel
    Siren/Mermaid?

Anything I'm missing? Are there any rare eggs found in the Master version that can't be found in Expert?

    Thanks!

The game is starting to become very grindy now :(

I am trying to get my healers evolved because I am running into a wall with the "Hyperion Lava Flow" dungeon. Since I run a Wood team, I only do 50% damage to Fire. Perhaps I need to start making a defense/heal team and slowly chug away through dungeons like these?

Or work on other offensive monsters, color combo teams... I think focusing on one team exclusively is detrimental to progress because inevitably you hit a wall. I imagine that of you could just breeze through everything you'd quickly become bored. I do agree that it can become grindy... However when they release things like Hera early it shows us that we do need to be stronger and how much work is needed (either that or they're trying to get us to buy stones lol)

I stick by my opinion that until you get stronger dmg mitigation and heals is the safest way albeit not always the fastest. Dragons like fortoytops and megalodran offer dual protections like 1/2 dmg from fire and water or water and wood. Flare drall is fire and wood, etc.

Yes, I do have a low-level Viper Orochi, but I don't know if he's low enough (level 13). I may have evolved my original Lillith into Lillith Witch of the Knight, but not until I got a second Lillith.

Unfortunately, I donmt have three Harpie Deivls, I only have one. I do have a Thunder Chimera though. With my team consisting of Amaterasu Ohkami and a green Odin as my leader/helper combination, I made it through the first four rounds without using any magic stones (mainly because I didn't have any at the time, but I disn't get a game over, nonetheless). Unfortunatley, I was unaware of Neptune's high defenese. Had I known, I would've brought Lillith along with me, but sadly, I didn't (I wasn't expecting the onslaught of Greek Gods, I had all light monsters with the exception of green Odin because I wanted to be prepaired for Hera). I didn't really feel like spending a lifetime doing a couple points of damage per turn to Neptune, but I tried to go through it nonetheless. Then I was trying to talk to my mother about someting while playing the game and I accidentally moved an orb without matching anything, causing Neptune to attack me without full health and I ended up with a game over.

However, I would like to thank you for warning me about Hades, who can apparently deal over 82,000 points of damage per turn. How many turns at a time does he attack? And how do you knock him out?

I have a bunch of defensive monsters and healers, but they aren't evolved yet. I put all my effort and attention into evolving my ADK and Dragons so I could have a very powerful team. Unfortunately, I am at a point where I am dying too often because I don't have the recovery, healing, or defense to take large hits.

This weekend I wasted 50 stamina 3-4 times running Hera and the Dark Dragon. Sure, I could beat it on the 25 stamina levels, but too low of a drop rate.

I beat the Water dungeon on the 25 level today (died the first time, switched characters and beat it the second).

The only reason I was disappointed in the grindyness of the game now is that I cannot progress until I evolve my healers and defensive monsters. That will take a month, based on drops etc I wager.

Don't forget the " Lil' " Dragons of each element. This time, I'm going for the Lil Blue Dragon. Next - Lil Green Dragon and my collection will be complete!

I plan to run all 5 Element Dragons fully evolved with an Ancient Dragon Knight as a Helper! That ought to do some serious damage ;) Right now though, I've only got the Chaos Devil Dark Dragon and the Meteor Volcano Dragon ready. The Holy White Dragon has been taking FOREVER (he's only level 65 atm).

100,000 in Skills alone if they are all ready at the same time ^_^

You need to have a certain percentage - I believe depending on the Monster/exact skill you are using, it can be either 50% or 75%.

    Conditions:
    1) Before you're hit, you have 70% of your max HP (for Orochi it's 50%)
    2) A monster hit you and that ONE hit takes all your remaining HP
Then you'll revive with 1 HP.

A lot of the time it seems not working mostly because there are more than one hit from the enemies. The first hit has taken your current HP below the specified point in condition #1 but not yet fatal, and then the subsequent hit(s) finishes you.

Hades hit every 6 turns. Green odin cannot save you facing him. So zombie it.
