No problem. You're looking for this guy, who can also be found in the entry-level Wednesday Mask Dungeon, or in Twin Temple Diana, which is the dungeon after Twin Temple Apollo.
Can someone explain how Shiva's skill works? I used it during the 4th stage of the Mask dungeon and expected it to be gone during the 5th, but it was still there.
Shiva's skill reduces all enemy defense to zero and lasts one turn. There is one exception to this, as you discovered. If you clear all enemies on the turn while they have zero defense the enemies in the next fight will also have zero defense. This will continue until either 1) you fail to clear all the enemies on a floor in the first turn, or 2) you complete the dungeon. Hence, it is a great strategy to use Shiva for the highest-difficulty Wednesday Mask or Friday Lit dungeons, charge him up on the first turn (you can probably manage the second on the Friday dungeon, but you don't want to hit the second in the Mask Dungeon unprepared lest you risk running into a Mystic Mask), use Shiva's skill, and then clear the entire dungeon using his ability for one-hit kills on each floor (some gem changers help with this).
New here guys So I just started last night and happened to pull out a Loki during the tutorial on the first machine drop. lucky? Well i'm rank 10 right now. its been really fun. friend code : 391,933,281
How do skill updates work and who gets hit? I've been playing this for a few weeks now and I have two questions that I haven't found the answer to anywhere: 1) Is there actual information on a skill upgrade percentage chance? Also, will there be a message like the "GOOD", "GREAT", etc experience bonus messages for when a skill updates? I've tried feeding monsters with similar skills to my base monster but have never seen the rounds go down for that skill. 2) What determines which monsters on your team will get hit in regards to elemental weaknesses? Say you have a team of 4 water and 2 green. If a green monster was hitting my team for 50, would it be 50 damage (going against my green monsters) or 100 damage (since it was hitting one of my 4 water monsters, and water is weak to green)? Thanks!
While this is true, it's still dependant on having both a Viper Orochi and a healer as a leader/helper combination, and if there's no Orochi or healer available as a helper, then the zombie team isnt complete.
Do enemies always deal the same amount of damage regardless of your team or, for example, fire opponents deal more damage to my wood monsters?
Monsters you are fighting don't adhere to the R-P-S formula like our monsters do. They have set attacks that can be found here. http://zh.pad.wikia.com/wiki/Puzzle_%26_Dragons_%E7%BB%B4%E5%9F%BA
Rank 20 Egg At Rank 20, you get to send a present once to another friend that will enable both of you to get a premium egg. Anyone knows what is the content and anyone interested in trading presents? Then, we can have 2 premium eggs. This is my ID if you are interested. We can communicate via in-game Mail. iEdGamer: 391,838,283
Skill Up! It can take some time. I first encountered it combining bunnies. Your monster types do not change the damage inflicted upon you. They only determine the damage you deliver. This is not a problem. It may be tough to get a healer ally early on, but after you progress a little you will find there are plenty of them. Additionally, if you leave that Viper Orochi as your leader you will find people with healers who are happy to maintain you as a friend. If you've got a low-level Orochi I'd be happy to have you on my own friends list and I've got a healerthough more often than not, lately, my leader is green Odin. In short, healing leaders aren't too hard to come across once you progress a little.
Anyone has a strong water monster that I can add? I am stuck currently in Fire Forest Nerva. How is it possible to pass that dungeon? I know that this game is so heavily dependent on Gems.
I wouldn't say it is dependent on gems (if by 'gems' you mean IAP), at least through any content such as this. It's just a matter of what type of team you cobble together and what allies you have. I, for example, have had a relatively weak water team but a fantastic grass team, so fire levels have been about four times more difficult. You could look for some team advice if you think it could help, or alternatively, you could spend some time leveling/evolving your water guys while searching for the right allies before trying it again. If you can't put a decent water team together consider a two-color team for the dungeon, such as water and dark. Another great help is to find an ally with a monster that reduces fire damage. Especially if the monster reduced fire damage by half.
I could always use another user with a green Odin, so what's your ID? And like I told jyf, you can't use that stragedy on all dungeons. For example, in Wednesday's mask dungeon, it's very possible that when you get to round 4 or 5, two divine masks will attack at the same time. Since they do 9,999 points of damage per attack, a zombie will cause you to be screwed over royally. The only two ways to stop that are take out one of the masks or have a lot pf HP and a green Odin for a leader or helper. Another situation that I know all too well occurs in technical dungeons. Those harpy-like demons that are found in the final part of each of the first five technical dungeons can not only attack all at once, but also can disable a specific type of monster for a while. If they disable water monsters then attack, then Viper Orochi can't protect you.
For those who needs farming spots. I have been farming Pengdras for a couple of days ever since I unlocked the technical dungeons, been leveling them up to max to feed my other monsters, especially my angel, i need her badly to evolve to archangel and get siren-like capabilities. New journey stage seems the best spot for me, I also get an average of 8K gold.
For those who don't know yet there is a dedicated Puzzle & Dragons forum: www.PuzzleAndDragonsForum.com It's growing fast and will soon be the goto online community for this game so go and register today!
Thanks for the advice. Do you have any good Water Monsters as a Leader? I think that the best leader for me is still Siren. I wonder how do people progress so quickly up to unlocking Technical Dungeons. I am always grinding at low leveled areas and my favourite grinding spot is Pluto Valley - Dragon of the Abyss. None of the special dungeons seem to suit me. All I need is just 1 more Magic Stone for another lucky roll. But don't know how to get the other one for free
Sometimes your rare monster draws can be deceiving in strength. You may get a 2 star or 3 star that seems terrible when you get it from a rare egg, only to find out it becomes tremendously powerful at 4 or 5 stars. Could you post a picture of your monster box so we can check if you're overlooking anything, iEdGamer?
Thanks for the kind advice, I don't think I've overlooked anything, but I am starting a new game with the hope of a good attacker/defense. I've backed up my old save file in case I want to revert back to the old file.
hey hash, just curious where do you find the metal dragons to evolve the pengdras after they reached max level?
