Quick question: I'm going to have to do a restore on my iPhone, is there anyway I can keep the data in Punch Quest saved? I know that when I deleted Hook Champ all my progress was lost.

You should be able to restore the game's save data from iTunes/iCloud backup, or sync unlocked items from iCloud after restore.

Hey MG: Is there a possibility that the left button could be optimized? Coz It can get pretty unresponsive at times. Or should I just be tapping slower? xD I don't see that problem with the right button at all though.

I notice it much more often during boss fights, stretches with lots of enemies and especially with the Velociraptor. Can't tell you how many times I've hit spikes coz he wouldn't jump despite me tapping the left side a lot. Does the receptive area take up just the space where the uppercut icon normally is?

    Thanks!

The whole left side is active. It's possible you're still airborne when trying to throw an uppercut... make sure that's not the case.

How do I get 100% punch accuracy ?

In this thread I already found a few posts about 101 % accuracy, but I didn't get that quest yet. Atm I have "Get 100 % accuracy", but I don't understand what that means. What do I have to do ?

You just have to find a way to hit two monsters with one punch, and not to miss any other punches.

You can do this by hitting two monsters with one uppercut, using ki blast, using the upgrade that allows two monsters to be hit with one dash punch, etc.

Maybe someone else can offer a more detailed explanation, but hopefully this reply helps a little.

I have a bug to report. Ever since I bought the upgrade that make that hat come off, when I die the hat never comes back on, meaning I never see it after I play a game when it comes off. This affects menus as well. The hat only resets when I start a new game.

Yeah we fixed this, but are waiting for the update to be approved.

We took out the 101% accuracy quest, too much confusion.

Hey, people that have trouble doing the "get to level 15" quest... what level can you usually get to? Would 12 be a lot easier?

Getting to level 15 is a bit of a challenge, but killing 200 enemies is tougher.

What could be good is to have quests become available on a scale, eg clear a quest to kill 150 enemies before you can get the quest for 200. I've never come close to killing 200, even at level 15 with husk musk

Yeah, level 15 is do-able, but the kill 200 one is near impossible. I did manage it once, but I've never been able to come close since, so I consider it a lucky fluke.

Good to know. The "Get to Level 15" is probably one of the more difficult of the 1000 punchos reward quests, but it's nothing out of proportion. (Wait, is it now only 750 punchos reward? If so, that's the issue.)

I definitely agree with those that mentioned that the 200 enemy quest is more difficult, in fact, the 200 enemy quest is the only quest I have to buy my way out of because it's difficulty.

EDIT: I'll probably look at the quests I get, and tell you which ones I think are not level with the reward given.

Also, do you not have any quests for "Get X amount of Punchos in one game" or "Get X amount of points in one game"? Seems like the kind of quests that could replace the ones you removed if you didn't want to move the 200 enemy quests down to about 160/175ish. The highest I've ever gotten that I know of is 188 enemies, so take that into consideration.

For 200 enemies Madgarden wrote earlier in the thread it's better to keep your level low (block and do extra uppercuts to stop combos) stick to tier 1 and 2 monsters. True for 15 torches too.

Level 15 is fine. Hope you keep some tough quests maybe the harder ones could just be a bit more rare.

I say leave it at 15. I thought it was impossible at first and routinely skipped it when skipping was 1000 punchos (the good ol days)

When I couldn't afford to skip it I blocked every time an enemy came on screen and played very cautiously until I got to 15. Now my better runs end in the 15-17 area

Yesterday was the first time, after trying maybe 100x, that I could reach level 14, so that was close. I will keep trying. Will not give up
