Icemilktea I'm Having the same problem. Except that I've scored over 100,000 and it no longer records my data. This has happened twice to me. I've also tried signing out of game Center to no avail. Any chance my efforts will be recovered? I keep replaying and setting new scores for myself but it keeps getting wiped.
the_log_ride, I'll look into it. It's basically a problem with GC, but I can try resubmitting your highest score every so often to make sure GC eventually deals with it. Just don't delete/re-install or that will wipe your local scores (which should always show up in your local highscore list with avatars).
Hey Madgarden, if you're still hanging around, is there any chance we might be able to see the music to Punch Quest get a standalone release, on Bandcamp or the like? I'd love to be able to have it on my iPod; the Gnome v. Bees music is especially goofy and hilarious.
http://musicmouse.bandcamp.com/album/punch-quest-ost 101% punch accuracy: Never miss, punch a skeleton and an enemy behind it with one punch, then die on purpose. We'll probably do more female hair/face items at some point, yeah.
Wow thanks. This such an awesome game. U have literally been playing it non stop for he last two days. Great visuals, solid game play, and hilarious writing. Apple needs to get their stuff together!!
The resume button in the pause menu is oddly placed. It should ideally be where one of your fingers will want to be when the game starts back up.
Thanks, Kepa! Downloading now! Also, I assume for the "Defeat 200 enemies in one game" quest, the preferred power loadout is Husk Musk, El Reflecto, Hyper Fighting and a fair amount of luck? Or is taking it slow and steady a more reliable approach, even if it leaves you more open to getting wrecked by a mob around level 11?
Sorry if this has been addressed earlier in the thread, but how is rerolling a hat accomplished? I just purchased the final upgrade but am unsure how to maybe get a power hat. Thanks in advance for any info. Also, not sure if anyone else noticed, but this game rules.
The Ultra Hats are even more awesome that I thought; I apparently just got the boring ones before (except for the horsehead of radiation, which was amazing). I just received a duster with a flashing halo, and rerolled another one into a winged eyepatch that emits spiders. Still no Hats of Legend, though. I also managed to get the top combo on the leaderboards (x222) with Husk Musk/Discocut/Hyper Fighting.
You get an ultra hat from leveling Gnomey all the way, or buying Gnome Bribery from the store. Then you can just tap on it and a REROLL option is there along with EQUIP. Jazzpha: Whenever I have trouble with that quest, I try using block more to intentionally mess up my combos. That means slower leveling, so less difficulty increases as you kill things.
I must be missing something, there has to be has level of depth of something I just haven't found yet.
Yup, you're missing it. This is an "endless" type game. That alone should tell you what you're in for. And compared (if you can even compare this baby) to the other endless games out there, this one is pretty beefed up with content.
Is there a reason why the Ninja Hood has the unique price of 2500 Punchos, while the rest of the hats in its unlock group are 9000? Is it cursed somehow?
It is neither mask nor beard. Bit of an outcast. Actually that looks like a bug... has a specifically set price for some reason, hmm. Better grab it while it's cheap!
