Think of yourself as a smaller version of the Hulk.

    Your general strategy: SMASH.

The Gnome levels up when you complete missions. I think he eventually gives you a special hat - see the 100000 coin powerup.

I like to think of the Hulk as a bigger version of me.

Yeah.. i want an on-off toggle for the auto orientation too. Sometimes i want to play when im lying in bed, and when i turn to one side, the game turns on me too which isnt what i wanted.

    Couple of things:

    1. What determines leveling up in-game?

    2. Could we possibly see a "hit-streak" counter somewhere on the screen in a future update?

In-game leveling is based in your score... your score is basically your XP. So every so many points your dude will level up, which heals you by 1/2 heart, and increases the monster difficulty.

Hit streak? Isn't that sort of what the combo counter is?

Isn't that the exact reason rotation lock exists? It's kinda there so that you've always got that option without developers having to incorporate it into everything...

Hmm, a combination of Quickslam, Powerslam, and Exploding Fist/Deadsplosion might get you close to that.

Just two IAP purchases of any amount will unlock both of the special hats.

I know I'm asking too much, but is there a possibility to add support for iphone 3g? I' m addicted to this game, but I can only play it on my ipod at home! It would be great to play this on my phone!

I thought I understood how to do a "power slam", but apparently I do not. So, how do you do a power slam? :) I have the power up enabled, and I've jumped and then pressed and held jump and smashed lots of bad guys, but I only have 4 power slams?

I think there's something basic about this game I haven't figured out. Do you have these power ups all the time, or do you need to do something special in-game to actually use them?

The problem is, since Apple added the iPhone 5 with widescreen, we had to decide to support either newer devices or older devices... we can't support both, as the latest development tools won't allow it. So, we chose the new stuff.

Could you perhaps take your iPod with you? :)

crunc, the Power Slam seems to be causing problems for people... if you see the shockwave when you slam punch an enemy, then the power slam IS happening. The problem is the quest is a bit on the hard side as you have to slam an enemy INTO another enemy. So, for the #2 update we've made this quest easier, just have to slam an enemy to the ground instead.

No, sorry. Had to ditch pre-3gs so we could support widescreen.

Crunc: Yeah it's weird right now... it only counts if the shockwave it generates kills an enemy. We're changing it to "just generating a shockwave" = powerslam for the quest.

So Apple lets you devs choose between supporting older models or newer ones? I completely understand your decision, but it sounds like a b*****d move from Apple... :(
