I'd say for the first half of the game, replaying would be fun but the 2nd half of,the game is pretty boring. Gets very repetitive. There's basically no story just mindless training and fighting. Unlike the first half.
The only replay value is in trying out different character builds but even this makes u replay the game once at most.Alas, even in case of different build the difference is minimal.
I already deleted it unfortunately I managed to 13 all attributes and focused on agility and some on Strength
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel I am currently enjoying this game to be honest. Thanks dev!
10/20/16. I think I ran into a glitch. In the later part of the game I started to purchase potions to help when I had so much money to spend and they stats stayed they weren't just temporary. I was at 16 agility bought two potions and it stayed at 20 never lost it.
Surprised about the amount of dislike for the game. I've sunk atleast 6 hours into the game by now and am still having fun. Even if there's no replay value I still feel it's a pretty satisfying, lengthy experience. The constant movie references, humor, pixel art and skill system are all fantastic. Super satisfying to get beat down in a round only to strategically change abilities and win the fight.
Looks like you've only begun. Stop back after about 200 days and give your imps then. It is a good game, has design flaws that are hopefully addressed in the update before you get that far.
Certainly starts with a bang but and gets you hooked but it slowly fizzles out as you get towards the end of it. Only disappointment I have is there's much more that can be done and hopefully the updated content will help that. There needs to be post endgame content. Game should never end but it does....very abruptly haha. I still recommend it though just hope deva continue to support it.
Other than bug fixes £4 is cheap and I don't expect more free content, about 5 hours in myself came across a bug on the map where I would not travel but save and exit fixed it,. How many in game days is it taking people to complete?
If you play 200 (game) days and rate it low I think that is unfair to the dev as you've definitely gotten your money's worth.
This game had 5 initially, but it does deserve it. You need to check a little better as I rarely give a game 2 stars. Examples everywhere. Just gave Call of Commander 5 today. Captain Cowboy, Venture Kid, Wayward Souls, Momoka, Air Attack, CaRRage, Combine Robot just to name some more current. Your claim is highly unfounded my friend.
Don't expect the world to be fair young blood, being stuck in a box for 200+ days isn't worth $4.99, it's a waste of time especially if there isn't any progress getting done. Game is great but it has major flaws with balancing and lack of innovation, too many times has lower stat opponents beat my character, especially since I managed to max out all the roads. Reasons why I say this game is a waste of time was because of the "To Be Continued" screen I saw at the end. Nothing pissed me off more when all of my hard work was all for nothing. And that's how I feel about the game, it was great in the beginning, mid game turned boring, end game turned out to be a let down. Don't forget this is all subjective but it's what I experienced. Find out yourself.
