Waited for literally months, like, 6 months, for an update to the last set of known issues. Just sayin. I'd love for them to show me wrong on expecting little in the immediate future. "Being worked on" was exactly what the email to me said as well, and 5 months later, I got to see the fruits of that labor.
Thats a lot better of a response than what they told us for chapter 3's release. I am actually a little optimistic.
Your experience with their customer service may have been different than mine. Personally I found their level of professionalism to be very high so I would be inclined to believe what I am told. Then again you may be correct and the update might not be for months.

Puzzle Quest HD for iPad is out, and seems to be the best version on any platform. I really hope they update the iPhone one with the same level of polish and possibly retina support (seeing the iPad version is in HD). Gamecenter supported multiplayer would really rock and infuse new life to this title...despite the problematic genesis of the iOS version, I still think is one of the best, if not the best, game I played on iPhone.
I purchased chapter 3 for the iOS just so I can beat the game. I beat about every single side quest I found because I was so addicted to the game. I wish they port Puzzle Quest 2 or other similar games they made to the iOS family.
Puzzle Quest 2 is coming, hopefully in short time (courtesy of Namco). There are already previews about it (seems great). Here's you can find the relative thread: Link Personally I can wait but, updated with Gamecenter multplayer, I would continue playing the original Puzzle Quest (which is a bit different).
Please answer. 1. So I bought chapter 2 and 3 IAP and why it's considered as purchased only in one device (I own 2 with both of them PQ installed and synched successfully to pc)? 2. If I accidentally delete the app, reinstall, and then repurchase the chapters, will I be charged again?
1) Are both devices synced to the same iTunes library? If they are, then you just need to go into PQ on the other device and re-buy it as detailed in 2) 2) Redownloading IAPs is free. Just go to buy again and it should tell you you've already bought it. The only exception is consumable IAPs like gold/ smurfberries/etc. Lol @ this being so true, months later
Hey there! Is it possible to change the icon? I have the lite version of Puzzle Quest (I love it!) and bought via inApp chapters 1-3. But the icon still shows the "free" and that bugs < Sorry, if this was mentioned before!
Looks like this got a retina display update and they finally fixed the obnoxious name bug. Just ran it and it looks great! Edit: there are some assets that are still a little blurry, but overall it looks way better than it did before.
This update is fantastic. I had the same problem with getting the free version and unlocking the 3 chapters and I hated the icon. Now that it has been updated and Chapter 1 is free at the moment I downloaded that and just used IAP to buy Chapters 2 and 3. Yes again bu at least the icon isn't that ugly "free" one that drove me crazy.
