I absolutely agree. I would even add, and I perfectly know I'm a minority here, that imho the actual price is too low. I know I know.....that's App Store economy. But I'm considering the games I pay for for what they give me, as GAMES, regardless the platform. iPhone Puzzle Quest is, hands down, one of the most incredible bargain I ever did (on any platform). For a 'full version' (expansion areas aka chapter 3 included) I would have gladly paid 20$. Transgaming really surprised me with the 'free' chapter 2 (sure, they had to re-create hype around the game....and in fact now the game is in the top 100, fast reaching top 10). I strongly hope they sell a lot...and we can soon see Galactrix announced, maybe for the Premium Store. I will be one of their first customer. I know a lot of people in these forums do not agree but if we want 'hard core' games on iPhone, we cannot pretend them for 0,99c.

You think chapter 1 + 2 is already more than the original Puzzle Quest ("Challenge of the Warlords")? What makes you think so?
It would be nice to see this game in the top 25. I think it deserves that spot. I can't stop playing it, I was nowhere near done chapter 1 and then they toss in free chapter 2. Awesome. Quick question - how did you guys decide on a class? Did you just play multiple classes until you found the right one, or just pick one and stick through it?
In the beginning when you create your character you can choose the classes that come with the expansion, so at least a part of the expansion must be included in the game.
Other characters The question has been asked a couple of times with no responses that I have seen. Can you maintain more than one main character or is the first one erased as soon as you create a new character? TIA for replies!
Yes, you can have multiple characters. There's a button on the opening page that lets you switch between your various heroes.
Second choice for me. I choose a 'good' fighter, and I stick to it (that's why I missed some bad guys companions). I LOVE a spell I acquired, Bersek rage (transform reds in skulls).
Although I can't say for certain, I really doubt the main quest would be different for each class considering there are 8 of them. Besides, the game is plenty deep with what it's offering now. Actually, it's probably one of the most polished and deep games now that version 1.3 includes plenty of fixes and chapter 2. I never enjoyed gem matching games but the battle system in this game has been a pleasure to play.
Well, if you liked the gameplay, then there are 40 hours of goodness in the full game (one playthrough - and there is definitely lots of replay value), inluding different puzzles that you can unlock and full storyline. I am a cheap gamer myself, but it was certainly worth it to me. Jorlen, I usually play a Wizard first in all CRPGs and this was no exception. BTW, does anybody know if the difficulty I set on "Instant Action" affects the difficulty in the main game?
This game is amazing. If only Transgaming had it as polished as it is now, it would easily be a Top 5 app. I am hoping it will eventually get up there, much like Bejeweled 2 did after a rough start. I even found out that was available for the PC and immediately bought it, just co I could play on a bigger screen! Anyways, I have a TON of games, and I gotta say that no other game has hooked me like this game has...the combination of puzzles + a true RPG is definitely a recipe for success...hell, I would have dropped $20.00 for this, now that there's 2 chapters. One more thing, what level is everybody at, and what difficulty? I just started a Warrior hero a couple days ago and i am at level 22, playing on normal difficulty...i am thinking about switching to hard though, but does anyone know if doing that in the middle of a quest will reset your current quest? Anyone willing to TOFTT??
I explain myself wrong probably (English is not my first language). I meant...can I have TWO character di TWO different playthorugh ongoing (that, aside from class, would be equal story wise).
