After playing it on my iPad in my dark tiny room with no lights and co pletely quite, I tried it with headphones and then I screamed. I havefinls this week...I don't think I'm going to sleep this week at all....omfg that wa scary.
iPhone vs. iPad controls Hey folks Just my two cent for those arguing which version to buy. I played the iPhone version on my iPad via RetinaPad and after that the real iPad version. The controls in the iPad version seem to be more adjusted. For example with the iPhone version i had to do huge swipes to get myself running or smashing a box on the ground. With the iPad version the controls are more responsive and you don't have to do that wild swiping all over your iPad. So, I have to say it once more: This is an outstanding game and when it comes to controls it's godlike compared to everything GameLoft has done in any of their third person games.
To join in the argument about iPad over iPhone my mate has the iPhone 4 version and it does look and play great but I let him have a go on the iPad version and he said damn I need an iPad . But seriously this is a great game whatever ya playing it on .
Grrr!!! Can't wait to download this on the iPad! At exactly 11:00pm my daughter pops into the room and steals the iPad to watch agenlina ballerina on netflix!! So I had to install it on the iPhone 4... lol... considering all of the real problems in the world, that sound kinda petty .. eh?
You should just download from the device, you'd probably been half way through the game before that download finished
I'd be pulling my hair out watching that kind of progress bar. It would be totally worth the wait though.
This has become my new go-to game to show to friends who are wondering what sort of games the iPad can play. Citadel is fun to show off but its still only a tech demo
Is there anyway we can see some screenshots of the regular version on the iPad? Still deciding b/t the 2 versions. Most of my gaming is on iPhone but iPad version is very tempting
Well, the good thing about having it on the iPad is that you'll have a bigger screen to get immersed in. If you value having the ability to play it wherever you want you'd probably want the iPhone version. This type of game is much more enjoyable on a larger screen imo.
