even tho some ppl say DS doesnt need mp but i think mp wud increase tbe repayability of the game, i finished the game on normal, hard and speed mode in 7 hrs..
you know what? i actually would enjoy some deathmatches on DS since the controls are so well, well done! yeah, but i would love some DLC too, i hope the sales have been good so EA can throw us some more Dead Space

well i officially got my money's worth played it over multiple time and know wen scares are gonna happen so now im just gonna try to play finish the game on hard with only stasis, kinesis and plasma saw NO GUNS (except on final boss unless i find a way to throw plasma saws) wish me luck
Cool! This will be quite challenging when facing 3 or more necs at a time. Esp the pregnant and babies. Luck!!!
On my 2nd playthorugh I like being able to go threw the game powered up. The fights I struggled with now are much easier then 1st time around. I have a question what is that penga drink thing? Can I sell it , in 1st playthrough I powered up my suit. So in this playthrough Iam going to power-up the weapons.
now that i beat dead space 2, time to give this some luvin. glad to hear people are doing multiple playthroughs, always a good sign.
Also works if you take off three limbs without hitting the stomach. I usually do one leg and then both arms while it's crawling.
Like they said: Stasis + decapitate the head. In case she's alone and you wanna conserve ammo: Stasis + plasma saw (melee) then when frozen babies fall on the floor, step on them. Usually just takes one stomp to kill all the babies when they're frozen. When doing this, make sure your stasis is upgraded enough and has long enough duration to keep the mom from waking while you step on the babies first.
Honestly I found the easiest way is to switch to line gun secondary fire mode and one shot will take care of it.
