Haha I beat this, am on chapter two in extraction, chapter 13 in DS2 and still had time to rape people in multiplayer; people got so mad they started rage quitting and talking trash, I recorded all of it
multiplayer in Dead Space 2 is so bad. it is maybe and i mean a tiny bit fun for all of 5 mins then gets repetitive, boring, and a sloppy mess. the multiplayer is totally unlike the atmosphere of the game. i just think it sucks haha. anyway, i love the iOS dead space and think its one of the best looking games on ios.
Do you mean The Brute? I usually just run around and kill him with the saw from the back. You have to keep running around him, but if you stay right close to him, he'll never be able to get you, and you can just keep taking swipes at him (swipe, move, swipe, move, etc.) He'll go down in about a dozen hits or so.
Really?! Come on guys... Try. Don't just play 10 minutes and give up... Then jump on here and ask 'How do you...?' I'd say a good 60% of playing the game is figuring stuff out on your own... I mean if you want to feel like YOU beat it... =oP An easier way is to use your stasis. Freeze him , walk around him, shoot em in the back... You can keep using stasis, and he'll stay frozen, won't even get one swipe at ya.
This game is a classic I havent had time to beat it but so far its really , really good. I dont care what anyone says the game is easly worth $10.
Anyone else get that rediculously unplayable lag in Chapter 5 when you see yourself? I guess I have to restart but I don't wanna lose progress (don't remember when last check point it. I am basically moving at 1 frame per minute. Literally. Edit: Nvm. I restarted the iPod and app and everything is back to normal, and I lost extremely little progress.
there's a bug that causes the game to freeze every 2 second rly annoying walk freeze walk freeze walk freeze aim freeze shoot freeze bullet still travelling in the air freeze.....

i've had that one, just once, close the game completely and then run it again, i've never had it again...
I to would like to say this is a very very well done game. These games usually cone around once a year or so per genre and we have one here. Amazing game. This proves beyond any doubt mobile gaming is console gaming.
Anybody knows the sales figures? I hope thier good so EA makes another one like this....Dead space 2 would be icing on the cake.
Game Impressions Some quick strategies I used to play the game 1) Tap on the glowing dot on your player he shoot a freeze ray. Then get close to the enemy and slice. That save alot of ammo. 2) When fighting the huge monster ( you now when you see him) freeze him 1st. Go around the back of him and shoot him from behind. You kill him fast and if you have no ammo just slice it just take longer. 3) When in the area with no air...go to the blue containers to refill your air. 4) When you get power nodes the 1st thing you should do is power-up your RIG. Add hit point and air that will come handy later in game. Power-up your weapons last. 5) When in the store save your credits for powersuits. Dont buy ammo there is enough in the game. Your suit should be 1st and formost. After you finish leveling your suit then buy power-nodes. Ok enjoy the game!!!!

Absolutely adored Dead Space and I've been playing Dead Space 2 for the past week. I was super excited to see the game hit the iPhone and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Not too shabby. Graphically, it's quite nice and the game play is definitely reminiscent of the console version. All in all, kudos to the EA Mobile team for publishing this gem.
