That would be nice. Since I'm on 8.4.1, it'd be nice to finally get to play it since I've already purchased it.
I am questioning if the game will ever be fixed. It has made me reluctant to purchase another game on the App. Store.
They said that they going to fix it. I hope it's not a PR strategy, just to get people to drop their pitch fork and touches- I hope it's true I wish to play that game on my iOS 9.1
Indeed. Today is exactly 4 months since Bioshock completely stopped working on iOS, in less than a year after release. No update. No refunds. No formal response. The lack of communication from 2K (and mixed messages when they have said something), has just left me feeling disappointed and ripped off. Shame on 2K Games. They are a disgrace.
+1. Immediately made me NOT buy future 2K games for fear of something like this happening again, and again, again, and again. They did it with Bioshock, they'll definitely do it again
Well: I'm officially sad, old and grumpy enough to have created a newfangled Twitter account @BioshockRIP which I am using in a vain attempt to co-opt the tweets of every Take-Two Interactive and 2K tweet I have the time to reply to, to whinge about the utter lack of info, app update and refunds since Bioshock went dark at the end of July. #bringbackbioshock !
Wtf What is taking so long? We want Bioshock back to the appstore. Also, now that we have the iphone 6 and 6s ( with the plus models ) that are metal enabled with A8 and A9 chips, why don't we get a higher resolution, a better frame rate and or the shaders/reflections/effects of the original game ? The newer devices can handle it.
If they pulled the iOS version off the market for some reason, do you think they'd spend resources to re-code and be compatible with a different OS?
+ android has way too much piracy. I still have hope that all the broken games get fixed even though my hope is slowly dying,i don't know if I can take it any longer,it's just so absurd and BS.
I was wrong. It's actually worse. Bioshock broke with the 8.4 update which was released on... June 30th. Which was FIVE months ago (not 4 as I had optimistically thought, previously). Broken for 156 days today. How is that acceptable?
Wish it would get fixed before Christmas it would be a nice gift. I have purchased almost every 2K game but until this is fixed I won't download Anything they make anymore.
Agreed! But, even if they don't, it reminds me that I downloaded the Mac version for $5 on sale. So, if they can't fix this by Christmas, maybe I'll give it a play on my Mac and see what the big deal is about this game.
I think it is safe to declare this game dead for iOS. I blame myself for wasting money on it. It was an enjoyable port for the brief amount I played it with a mfi controller.

For God's sake,you KNOW that 2K is VERY slow with updates,if they said that they are GOING to fix it then they are GOING to do it at some point.Sooner or later.You better worry about current MHFU's state.
