Is there any online resource you use to get artwork... perhaps paying a one-time fee to use the art... Something like http://www.soundsnap.com does for sound effects... Thanks.
http://www.istockphoto.com http://www.gettyimages.com Those are the two biggie pay sites. (iStockPhoto recently added sound, too.) There are some good resources for free royalty-free images, too. The Stock Xchange is probably the biggest free image site. And while we're at it, I thought I'd throw in my favourite free instrument and loop site, Looperman.
Just make sure to check the license. Some stock photos prohibit commercial use. Others allow commercial use but may limit it to websites and brochures but exclude audiovisual works. Just give the license a read through to ensure it doesn't exclude things like that and you will be OK.
