I heard uncharted 2 is one of the best ps3 games out there. It just got voted game of the year by some show I cant remember now. Im also getting a PS3 with that, MW2, and Burnout Paradise
Sure they are, it's a well-known fact people like to voice their complaints far more than they do their satisfaction. Anyway, MW2 and LBP are awesome, Infamous is... not. Probably the third most repetitive game I've played this year, the first two being Assassins Creed (first one) and Spider-Man: Web of Shadows. Incidentally, both of them are better than Infamous. Prototype is similar to Infamous, only with a load more awesome... but it's still got fairly repetitive gameplay. zachattacksox is right though, Uncharted 2 is f***ing amazing. I have over 100 games from this gen of consoles so it's fair to say I've seen a lot, and for Uncharted 2 to surprise and impress me as much as it did is pretty special.
Infamous is amazing. As is MW2, Assassins Creed 2, and Uncharted 2. Ratchet is always a good choice. Also, Borderlands is ****ing great, and if you like RPGs, be sure to pickup Fallout 3 Game of the year edition. That'll keep you busy for weeks.
You're not technically allowed to call it Infamous anymore, it's been renamed to "Zap... zap zap... zaaap".

I'd Say MW2 - AC2 - Uncharted 2 You can always check IGN.com they have the best Gaming Reviews and Videos, and Jchobot is freakin' hot
I say Little Big planet GOTYE and Cod MOD 2 and throw a good sports game in, Madden 2010. They all have great FREE multiplayer and are very fun, amazing looking, and are super fun! Have fun out there! If you have the money, look into a ps3 deal too, there getting pretty good!
REALLY?!?!?! i find one everywhere! I have a ps3, but looking into a sony bravio 52" and the ps3 comes with + LBP + Ratchet Clank for 100 ish more. check best buy and everything, there everywhere!
Edited for better list. Borderlands might lack the incredible set pieces of Call of Duty, but it makes up for it by being a stellar shooter with enough variety to make my game of the year. Infamous was my game of the year until Borderlands came along. While a lot of people complain about repetition, it is only repetitive if YOU let it be. If you vary your attacks, it makes it a whole lot more fun. LittleBigPlanet, well, eh. Never really got into this one, but it is a lot of fun with a friend or two round. Uncharted 2 is another 'meh'. It has the same sort of set pieces as MW2, with tight controls and a decent shooter aspect. If you love graphics, this is a nice game to get. Bioshock is a sub-par shooter with such incredible environments and story that you'll forget about its flaws.
ITS GOT ONLINE PLAY AND THE BEST SONG EVER! its the best non M game thats for the family and its a lot of fun! HENCE< the GOTYE!!!
