This sole use or "pass around on a single device" game will show at least one virtual bead that the user can fiddle with single finger actions. There will be more beads on devices with larger screens. There is no demand to move fast or slow, so the APP could be used to burn off excess energy or stress. As a game, multiple users can pass the device around and try to mimic the bead arrangement on the other tab. The APP could also be used as a dexterity test, where someone would make requested changes to all the beads within a certain time. I took one of the codes, thank you. I am a little confused on how to play, or the goal. Nice minimalistic look. Edit: It doesn't look like there's an actual goal. More of a toy then a game. You can flick, swipe, tap, spin, etc...the 4 different squares or shapes. You are presented with 4 squares that are all the same color. You can select a different screen at the bottom. There are 5 of them. The 5th has 4 round donut shapes instead of square. From what I can see, that's all there is to it. As a 'stress relief' or a time waster I can see some value. But... I would suggest some sounds. Different sounds for different actions; flip, squish, tap, spinning, etc...Otherwise; the player may lose interest quickly. I can see plenty of potential here. I'll be back later with more. WorryBead Member Feb 3, 2016 18 0 1 #4 WorryBead, Feb 7, 2016 User feedback encouraged From the developer, Thank You for the improvement suggestions. I am really very happy to hear user suggestions. Can you suggested any other forums or sites where I can offer promo codes for Worry_Bead? It would very valuable to have a wide selection of users to provide feedback and suggestion. Currently, the Worry_Bead App does not make sounds. That way a user can start any enjoyable or soothing music source they already have on the device; and Worry_Bead does not impact the user's choice. I am likely to take your suggestions when I prepare for work on an alternative App. I hope to make alternate versions with different features. Giving users choices is core to my plans. (I will pm you privately regarding other forums...) These are things I came up with after playing your game with others in the house of all different ages. Please take this as constructive criticism. Honesty has always been my policy but unfortunately, it sometimes offends people. Everyone in the house agreed that they liked the 'minimal' look of it and the simplicity. Most were confused with what they were supposed to do b/c they couldn't find directions. So, some were frustrated before they started playing. The teens grew bored quite fast and thought there should be more. Especially sound. Some comments: "Is that all it does?" "How do you turn it up?" "It would be neat if we could make up games for it and turn it in for other people to try" They were especially confused by there being 4 sections with 4 squares and 1 with 4 donut shapes. Here's other stuff we came up with: You could probably easily add a 'create music' section. Depending on the way or order that the player does the actions, they could create a musical sound. IE: flip, flip, flip, squeeze, tap, squeeze, long swipe, wiggle. Then the sounds put together with the animation, would give a sense of accomplishment or something that could be exported to family photos like screensavers, etc... There is huge potential for a 2 player game here. On section 1, I would create different actions. Flips, swipes etc...then show the end result to the other player. Player 2, would have to create the same look in a different section without looking again at what player 1 did previously. Obviously, the goal would be to complete the same patterns or actions. This can be done now. I tried it with one of my foster kiddos. Cognitively he's approx. 13 or 14 years. He grew bored of it after approx 10 minutes. He stated it was because there is no "fun sounds." So.... There's another idea. Not only could player 2 try to guess and/or remember the way player 1 put the shapes, but... It could be done with sound as well. Player 1 would be allowed 6 moves (or a different amount) and player 2 would arrange the 2nd set of shapes by listening to the sounds player 1 made. Player 2 could be given a specific number of times that he's allowed to listen to the sounds or change moves. If you really wanted extra coding work..... you could allow player 1 to record his own sound for each action. Player 2 could guess the appropriate patterns by sound or even words. eh, bonk, shhh, Kk, etc... Or: "You are my night and day and everything. Will you marry me...." (Awww...... He he) You could keep it at 1 player by having the game play the sounds randomly or specific for each level (if you wanted levels) for the player to try. You could also create rewards.IE: different design for the shapes like polka dots or stripes. Different shapes like hearts or umbrellas. Eventually you could sell packets that include a set of sounds and shapes or themes. Or have them also be something earned in the game. That's it for now. If your app becomes famous and makes thousands of dollars, because of my ideas, I expect remuneration and recognition! LOL!!! Good luck to you. Lavender Well-Known Member Dec 31, 2013 2,967 0 36 United States #6 Lavender, Feb 8, 2016 Oh yeah... One more thing. (Sorry) if you are trying to make your app more health related (a de-stresser, meditating, etc...) and are wanting to stay away from the gaming part, we can 'discuss' this as well. I am an herbalist, vegetarian (which has nothing to do with anything, Just thought I would throw that in there! LOL) I practice Reiki (and soon will be able to teach it), color therapy, aromatherapy & essential oils, reflexology, acupressure, Ocular/sound therapy, NLP, flower essences (for psychology), Homeopathy (a little), Iridology (assessment of the body conditions through the iris of the eye). There's a few others, but that's enough for now. I'm not one those granola crunching, save the world kind of radical people. (Although there is nothing wrong with them) I have just always been attracted to natural or alternative medicine and I have chemical sensitivity syndrome so I was basically forced into making my own natural cleaning supplies and living a more natural life. But if you saw me, you would never guess it! My hubby is not a vegetarian except for when I cook, because I don't cook it! He he So... I won't push my beliefs onto someone else as long as they don't do it to me. And that's that.
